Main responsibilities:
- Create visualizations and analyses that provide business insights for our global customers.
- Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, Business partners, or senior leaders.
- Expertise in SQL can independently mine data to translate Business data needs into effective visualizations.
- Takes on medium-to-high complexity projects, on which they provide exceptional client delivery, exceed client expectations.
- Support peers and stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) through troubleshooting, analysis of results.
- Look for opportunities to improve current processes or find efficiencies by applying industry best practices as a BI developer.
- Serves as a mentor for the Junior BI Analysts and the Regular BI Analysts in the team. May take on a Team Lead role in a project, as needed.
- Engage in activities dedicated to supporting our culture.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong experience in major BI tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI, Others)
- Strong SQL Skills
- Ability to manage projects and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to tell stories and make actionable dashboards.
- Experience presenting data-driven analyses based on business benefits to solve highly complex business and technical problems.
- Alteryx Experience is a plus.
- Adobe Analytics experience is a plus
