Digital Ops Manager (6 views)

In addition to our apps we also have several other digital properties and an expanding footprint across multiple channels of digital media which continues to grow daily. We are a lean and extremely collaborative team that has created one of the world’s largest mobile portfolios in its vertical.

Who we are looking for:

The Ops Manager is an ideal position for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication skills, technical experience, and has a passion for optimization. This role will be working hands on with the sales, marketing, and product departments within the company. You will be responsible for managing our ad inventory, setting up new client campaigns, ensuring all system tracking is working properly, and making data driven decisions to optimize to internal and client KPIs. Responsibilities:

  • Create, test, and monitor new landing pages and product pages with a focus on optimizing to KPIs
  • Lead the technical set-up of new advertising partners working with developers to create pages, forms, and testing integrations
  • Work directly with sales and account management to ensure we are hitting client budgets and quality KPIs
  • Manage and test offers to our audience with a goal of optimizing to user engagement and conversion
  • Take on additional technical tasks as the team needs and be willing to jump in and assist with constantly evolving projects

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years in a digital ops, technical or analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of internet media and marketing
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Exceptional technical communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Understanding of web analytics and KPI’s
  • Technical understanding of how digital campaigns and tracking are set up
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (technical background a plus)

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a technical/analyst role
  • Previous experience working in a direct response marketing role or company
  • Previous experience working with ad platforms and setting up ad tracking
