What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the Founder & CEO and other functions of the business to achieve short & long-term goals
- Manage and oversee our member and coach community through events, programming, and regular email communication
- Onboard new members and coaches to our platform
- Brainstorm and implement engaging collaborations with partners and products
- Research and engage with influencers in the talent & careers space for partnerships
- Execute content pieces, posts, stories across different social platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Respond and engage with followers on social media and users on the app
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across cross-functional groups
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong written & communication skills
- Creative, with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- B.S. (can be currently enrolled) or higher; MBA a plus
