We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and results-oriented marketing professional to join our growing Global Marketing Team. This is a global role for a truly global FinTech focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses finance and manage their international trade with comprehensive digital solutions.
You will report directly to the Global Marketing Director and be responsible for marketing our products across the United States. For now the position is remote, but we are planning to open an office in New York in the near future.
Your Impact
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience in the US, and the best channels to reach them.
- Define value proposition for the US market and develop messaging to drive conversions.
- Ideate and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, continuously A/B test.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Take charge of our paid media efforts (PPC, display, paid social, native advertising).
- Develop content strategy and manage the content creation process working with freelancers and agencies.
- Collaborate in the creation of fresh and compelling copy for all our marketing channels.
Requirements
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
- Experience managing campaigns and content creation across different acquisition channels.
- Experience with paid media.
- You have an editor’s eye with the ability to craft engaging yet concise content.
- Strong project management skills.
- Self-starter passionate about startups and building things from scratch. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a team player who collaborates without ego.
