What you will be doing:
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join Clean Kitchen’s engineering team in Tallinn, Estonia. Your primary role is to manage our roadmap for product development and analyzing data to identify the highest impact features to be built. As a Product Manager, you are able to drive product development end to end: from idea to successful launch. You would conduct user research, and market analysis, and obsess over improving Clean Kitchen’s financial infrastructure. The growth possibilities are endless to you and we are looking to indulge you with a lot of ownership and responsibility.

- Define and own goals and key success metrics for growth; Create dashboards, analyze data, and share learnings
- Research and quantify the value of new product opportunities that will help drive business goals
- Create and manage our roadmap and make tough prioritization decisions – think big, but also enable quick solutions
- Engage with developers, partners, and customers to learn about new use cases and opportunities
- Deeply understand customer pain points and develop creative solutions to address
- Evangelize our platform vision so that our organization is aligned and has all the context for what we are building
- Collaborate across teams to ensure all product teams are able to contribute to our platform strategy
- Get user feedback and love
- Analyze competitive offerings within new product lines
Skills & requirements:
- Product Management experience in eCommerce and/or Online Consumer industries
- Preferably Engineering background
- Deep empathy with developers and their needs
- Ability to balance strategic and detailed thinking
- Ability to communicate with team members representing a wide range of personalities and skills
- Data savvy with experience in funnel analysis
