We are looking for motivated, self-starting candidates who can use imagination, skill, and vigor to assist our recruiting team in searching for qualified candidates. Working in this role requires the following responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, or hunting down leads for open positions
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skill sets that best fit our current openings.
  • Create interest that drives candidates to apply to openings
  • Ability to manage time and remain organized
  • Create candidate funnels for positions that are hard to fill
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Self-sufficient; ability to multi-task with little supervision
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, as well as social media management platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
