About the role

The Senior Account Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients. This position involves account management, sales strategy development, and collaboration with cross functional teams to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and help ensure overall client satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Build long term relationships with key clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.

Work with Marketing and other teams on targeted campaigns to attract new clients.

Lead sales initiatives, guide the sales team, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to shape sales strategies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and respond to inquiries and concerns promptly.

Ensure client satisfaction by understanding client expectations and delivering on them.

Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide accurate revenue forecasts.

Work with Finance and other departments to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.

Share feedback on market trends and client needs to inform product and service improvements.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales and account management, with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and client needs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams.
