What you will be doing:
- Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and direct hire roles
- Manage follow-up and relationship with all candidates to ensure retention, loyalty and development of new business
- Seeks and utilizes new methods of attracting candidates
- Stays current on healthcare staffing industry trends and requirements
- Consistently attain and contribute to individual, team and company goals

What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a successful Healthcare Recruiter
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Incredible work ethic
