The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for delivering top talent and excellent service to technology clients across the company.

100% Remote (Ideal resources MUST be currently located in Pacific Time Zone or Mountain Time Zone)

What we are looking for:

  • 2 to 8 years of work experience as an Talent Acquisition Specialist or Technical Recruiter.
  • 2 to 8 years of work experience in supporting direct end-clients to fulfill their staffing needs under diverse job categories (such as IT, Engineering, Business/Professional, Manufacturing, Pharma, Utility, Finance, etc).
  • Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match.
  • Facilitate the end to end recruitment process; including recruit/source, interview, etc.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented and competitive environment.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-wide Applicant Tracking systems.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook (Intermediate level), MS Excel (Intermediate level) and MS Word.
  • Proven ability to capture and organize data.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
