We’re looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to support our technical talent operations. Please note that this is NOT an internal recruiting role as you will be focused on filling open roles for our clients worldwide.
In this role, you will be involved in every stage of the recruitment process from Sourcing, Interviewing, Coaching, and Pre-closing candidates. You will also work closely with our client-facing Account Managers by informing them of candidate market conditions and how best to tackle these challenges.
This is a full-time, remote role. The candidate is ideally based in Europe or LATAM.
What you will be doing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
- Work closely with internal recruiting and sales team to understand open roles and properly move candidates through the process
- Source passive candidates from LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal pool of 120,000+ developers
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
- Share Arc’s core value by providing a high-touch candidate experience
We hope you have
- 2+ years of experience recruiting software engineers for tech startups or high growth companies
- Possess basic knowledge of software development
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong EQ
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong verbal and written English skills
