Senior Product Designer @ Secfix

Location: Remote (EMEA) · CET/CEST time zone

Hi I’m Grigory, co-founder and CTO at Secfix.

How do you feel about owning a feature from the first customer conversation to the version that’s live in production writing the spec yourself, pairing closely with engineers through the build, and overseeing your design shipped in production exactly the way you designed it? If that sounds like the right shape of the job designer who owns, not designer who hands off read on.

I’ve spent most of my career believing the best designers aren’t the ones with the prettiest Figma files. They’re the ones who can frame a problem, write a spec, sit with engineers through the build, and own that what shipped is what they designed. Our founding product designer, Ghada, has been doing exactly that since we started. The engineering team has doubled, and we’re shipping faster than we ever have. We’re hiring the third designer because there’s more good work to do than two people can handle and we’d rather ship faster than slow down.

Why Secfix exists

Over 1.78 million SMBs in Europe need to comply with security frameworks ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, SOC 2 just to sell to enterprise customers. The process is manual, painful, and takes over a year. We automated it.

Our platform integrates with a company’s full tech stack AWS, Azure AD, Jira, GitLab, GCP, and more automatically extracts compliance evidence, and guides teams to certification in weeks instead of months. Our fastest customer was certified in 4 weeks instead of the industry-standard 12+ months.

We’ve raised 17M in total (12M Series A), backed by Alstin Capital, Neosfer (Commerzbank), and Bayern Capital. We’re on a profitable trajectory, growing fast, and building the team that will take us to European market leadership.

This space is not threatened by AI; it’s amplified by it. Compliance requires deep domain expertise combined with automation. Our new AI product (CISO AI) is just getting started, and there’s a huge amount of product design work ahead: agentic workflows, intelligent evidence collection, context-aware policy generation, and more.

What we believe

Compliance software has historically been built like the audit it automates heavy, defensive, ugly. We’re building something else. The customer is a real person trying to ship audit-ready evidence on a Friday afternoon. The product should respect their time, automate the boring parts, and make the rest feel calm.

Quality is the product. Most of our category competes on feature lists. We compete on craft. A clear empty state, a sync that doesn’t lie, a settings page that holds together at eleven permission tiers these are the things customers feel before they can name them. Design at Secfix is not what wraps the product. It’s most of what makes it work.

What the role is

We expect strong design skills, strong product thinking, and the ability to hold your own in a technical discussion. You work in a small team usually with one or two engineers and pair closely from the first prototype through to production. You own the project from beginning to end.

Alongside the features you ship, you do three things that make everyone else faster:

Maintain the components and patterns that make design fast.

Own how the team ships. We have no PMs. You write the specs, run the ticketing workflow, keep engineers unblocked.

Build the tools and skills Cursor rules, design QA skills, prompt templates that let engineers do good design work without you in the room.

The leverage is doing all four well. Doing only one is the wrong shape.

How we work

No PMs. Designers and engineers run product. You talk to customers, frame the problem, write the spec, decide what ships.

Small temporary teams. You plus one or two engineers per project. Whoever is closest to the problem leads.

Design leads the logic; engineering tests feasibility. You bring the V1. Engineers push back on what’s expensive or risky, and start ahead with system design. They help spot edge cases. You adjust it fast. We get from v1 to v4 in a matter of hours or a few days.

Prototype-grade, not wireframes. Real components, real states, real copy. Sometimes an LLM-built prototype before Figma. The component library stays current because the speed of design depends on it.

Handoff is the beginning, not the end. You’re in the engineering channel. You review the PR. You verify on production. Staging QA is the first gate, not the last.

In-sync culture with a thoughtful comms mindset. Loom for reviews, Notion for specs, quick loops in Gather where written comms don’t cut it, all happening in the same time zone. Teammates are reviewing things quickly. Engineers and designers spend under two hours in weekly meetings.

AI is part of the craft. We use Claude to pressure-test ideas, draft specs, surface edge cases, and write test cases. Not to skip thinking.

The first three months

Month 1. Ship your first design to production. Get into the codebase, the customer language, the way we write specs. Sit on customer calls.

Month 2. Own a full feature end-to-end. Customer conversations, problem framing, Figma, spec, engineer pairing, PR review, production verification.

Month 3 and beyond. Push the design system forward. Start building the tools and skills that make engineers faster at design. Improve the product design process. The bar is yours to defend.

Who you are

8+ years designing B2B SaaS desktop applications as Staff/Principal Product Designer or similar. Dense interfaces tables, filters, permissions, settings pages.

You’ve been the only designer, or one of two or three, in companies under 50 people at least once before. You know how to set the bar without a design org behind you.

Your portfolio is “I,” not “we.” You can name the engineer you paired with on each feature, the design decision you defended through the build, and what happened when the feature reached users.

You communicate clearly and concisely in English: in Slack, in docs and on a call.

You’re fast in Figma with or without AI. You’re already in a serious relationship with LLMs.

You treat engineering feasibility as input, not a constraint. When an engineer says “three weeks, here’s why,” you find the version that’s 80% as good and ships next week.

You’re comfortable doing product work without the PM title.

You hear feedback and come back the next day with something better. You don’t spend the hour in between defending the version that’s already outdated.

Compensation

Salary + equity based on experience. The offered compensation depends on the individual’s qualifications assessed during the interview process.

What we offer

Generous equity. Everyone is an owner.

26 days holiday + local public holidays.

Comprehensive health insurance.

1,000 annual personal development budget.

Remote workspace and co-working budget.

Latest equipment.

Team summits 1-2x per year. Recent ones: Alicante, Costa Brava, Austrian Alps, Milan.

Local hubs in Munich, Berlin, London. Visa support if you want to relocate.

Interview process

We aim to invite you to a first conversation within a week and give feedback after every stage.

Intro call with talent team (~45 min)

Portfolio conversation with product designer (~45 min)

Collaborative design task (compensated, a couple of hours over the span of 2-3 days)

Final interview with Grigory (~60 min)

Order may flex depending on availability. If you make it to the exercise and don’t get an offer, we’ll tell you specifically what got in the way.

Why AssemblyAI

AssemblyAI builds the best-in-class Voice AI models powering the next generation of voice applications. Our models serve 600M+ inference calls monthly, process 1M+ hours of audio daily, and power 2 billion+ end-user experiences. The Voice AI space is at an inflection point; we’re looking for folks truly excited to join a small team and help define the future of the industry.

We are one of the most capital-efficient AI companies on the planet – with under 100 people generating roughly $600K ARR per employee, we sit among the top 5 most revenue-dense teams within the fastest-growing AI companies today. That’s not an accident; it’s a deliberate choice to stay lean, move fast, and give every person on the team outsized ownership and impact. With thousands of customers including Granola, Fireflies, Figure AI, and CallRail, the company has real scale – processing over 2 million hours of audio daily and handling more than 1 million API calls every day. This is a rare growth-stage opportunity where the business is proven and the trajectory is steep, but the team is still small enough that your fingerprints are on everything.

If you’ve ever felt buried under layers of bureaucracy, starved of real ownership, or frustrated watching your work disappear into a slow-moving org, AssemblyAI is built differently. The company operates as a true meritocracy, with no heavy planning or approval processes and no gatekeeping on the tools or information you need. For anyone who genuinely cares about voice AI, not as a trend to chase, but as a technology to build, this is the place where the most interesting problems at the most interesting scale are being solved by a team small enough that you’ll actually know everyone’s name.

We’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunity to succeed. No matter your race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, origin, ability, age, veteran status, if joining this mission speaks to you, we encourage you to apply!

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Research Engineer to join our Research team, developing and improving the systems behind large-scale distributed training, data processing, and inference. Our goal as an organization is to solve customer problems and improve our products quickly through model development and measurement and how fast we move depends on how quickly anyone here can run an experiment, measure it, and find out what’s wrong. Raising that ceiling is the heart of this role. You’ll be working inside the pipeline you’re improving, not alongside it.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of modern deep learning systems, combined with strong engineering expertise across JAX and TPUs, layer-level optimization, large-scale distributed training, streaming, low-latency and asynchronous inference, inference compilers, and advanced parallelization techniques.

This is a cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with our researchers, our infrastructure team, and production engineering not as a handoff point, but as the person who learns enough of each domain to follow problems through to resolution. At times you’ll train models, run evaluations, and analyze data yourself, both to deliver impact directly and to learn what’s worth building to multiply the team’s work. The bar is someone who understands the end-to-end impact they intend to make, measures it from the outset, and would rather find out they were wrong in a week than in a quarter. That discipline is what turns cross-functional ownership into an advantage.

The role is embedded within the Research team.

What You’ll Do

Raise the team’s experimental velocity make it faster to launch an experiment job, get a number back you can trust, and know what to try next.

Maintain and evolve our JAX training framework, keeping it scalable and efficient for large-scale distributed training runs on TPU.

Improve the data our models learn from: investigating quality issues, building the tooling to surface them, and turning what you find into measurable accuracy gains.

Analyze the accuracy of production models, build evaluation harnesses, and work out which improvements will matter most to customers.

Translate research prototypes into production-ready systems, refactoring and modernizing model architectures and infrastructure along the way.

Optimize production inference for speech language models, both from a serving architecture perspective and through advanced techniques such as quantization and speculative decoding.

Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack, from low-level kernels (XLA, Pallas) to high-level system design.

Partner with researchers, infrastructure, and production engineering to trace problems to their real source and ship fixes that hold.

What You’ll Need

Expert-level proficiency with JAX and TPUs, including the surrounding ecosystem (Flax, Optax, the XLA compilation pipeline).

Measurement discipline. You define what success looks like before you start, you stay skeptical of your own results until they hold up, and you treat an unexplained improvement as a problem rather than a win.

Appetite for the whole pipeline. Your core strength might be JAX and TPU performance, but when a customer issue traces back to a data problem or an evaluation blind spot, you want to go find it yourself. The people who do well here went deep in one area first, then kept expanding outward.

Strong experience optimizing inference systems for production, ideally with LLMs or speech models.

Deep understanding of distributed training at scale, modern deep learning systems, and ML infrastructure best practices.

Familiarity with modern inference optimization techniques: continuous batching, KV-cache management, sharding strategies, quantization.

Enthusiasm for refactoring and improving existing systems you thrive on making products and code faster and better.

Strong Python skills; C++ or Rust experience for kernel-level work is a plus.

Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset you can clearly explain complex tradeoffs and prioritize high-impact work.

Bonus

Domain knowledge in Speech-to-Text: ASR architectures, audio processing, streaming inference.

Pay Transparency:

AssemblyAI strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, stage, and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefit, and other reward opportunities we provide.

There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level, qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.

The provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range which will be communicated to candidates throughout the interview process.

Salary range: $270,000 – $310,000

We’re hiring our first Senior GTM AI Engineer. This is a software engineering job inside the revenue org. You will build the pipelines, internal tools, and agents that decide which companies we go after, how we reach them, and what our sellers see when they open their laptop in the morning.

Most of what a sales ops team used to do by hand is now something you can write software to do. Finding every company building voice AI before they contact us. Researching an account and drafting the first email. Watching product usage and telling an AE when a customer is about to expand or churn. Keeping the CRM clean without anyone filling in forms. You will build those systems, run them in production, and be judged on whether pipeline and revenue move.

Your users are our AEs, SDRs, and GTM leaders. Your job is to make a small team perform like one three times its size.

What You’ll Do

Write code every day. Python services, SQL models, scheduled jobs, and small internal apps are most of the job. You’ll use Claude Code and similar tools to ship in days what used to take a quarter.

Build agents that do the work: account research, lead qualification, outreach drafting, CRM hygiene, and usage monitoring. Design them, give them tools and data, evaluate their output, and keep them running.

Turn product usage data in BigQuery and Looker into signals sellers act on: usage alerts, expansion triggers, and account health scores.

Build the account targeting machine: sourcing, enrichment, dedupe, and ICP scoring, from raw data to a ranked list in a rep’s queue.

Integrate the systems the team already uses (our CRM, enrichment providers, outbound tools) so data moves between them without a human in the loop.

Keep funnel data trustworthy: routing rules, field governance, and attribution.

Prototype fast, measure what works, kill what doesn’t, and work directly with Sales and Marketing leadership on what to build next.

Document what you build so it keeps running without you.

What You’ll Need

4+ years as a software engineer, data engineer, or growth/GTM engineer, with time spent shipping systems that other people depend on.

Strong Python and SQL. You have owned production automations end to end: APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, retries, error handling, and monitoring.

Experience building with LLMs beyond a single prompt: multi-step agents, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation. You can tell whether an agent’s output is good, and you know when a plain script is the better tool.

AI-assisted development is how you work. You use Claude Code or similar tools daily, and you have the engineering judgment to review, test, and stand behind what they produce.

Solid fundamentals: clean code, version control, code review, debugging, and a habit of thinking in systems. You do not need an engineering team to ship.

Curiosity about how a sales org works. You don’t need a RevOps background, but you need to care about how deals get found and closed, and be willing to learn our CRM and the tools around it quickly.

A builder’s mindset with an operator’s judgment: you scope for business impact, ship iteratively, and measure results in pipeline and revenue.

Low ego, high ownership, and comfort being the single-threaded owner of an entire domain.

Nice to Have

Hands-on Salesforce or other CRM work at the object and API level, or experience with enrichment and outbound tools like Clay.

dbt, BigQuery, and Looker, or an equivalent warehouse and BI stack.

Time at a developer-facing or API-first company, or selling to technical buyers.

You’ve been the first engineer in a sales or growth org and built the function from scratch.

About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses – from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world’s most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We’ve raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B – multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team – builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

How we work

High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole companyfrom engineering to growth to operations.

Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

What we offer

Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact – beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.

Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.

Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location – past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.

Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

About the role

The Design team at ElevenLabs is crafting experiences for the next generation of audio workflows using generative AI. You’ll work in entirely new and unexplored problem spaces, like crafting experiences around voice cloning that will allow people to generate content in realistic voices, languages, and accents, to create universally accessible content, safely. You’ll reimagine how creative teams craft sounds just by describing them, and how they bring it all together in one AI-first generative audio platform. The work here has the potential to revolutionize workflows for creators to media and entertainment, publishing giants, to defining entirely new spaces like conversational AI companies.

You will work with our Engineering and AI Research teams to successfully communicate, evolve, and execute a strong product design standard that showcases ElevenLabs as an innovator in the generative AI audio space. You are a crucial component of our company’s growth and product launches through your contributions to short and long-term strategic direction, creating and maintaining high visual standards and a strong focus on user needs. You have an owner’s mentality, taking pride in your work and in your team’s work, and view what you do as a part-owner and builder of ElevenLabs.

You’ll work closely with Nev Flynn, Austin Malerba, and collaborate closely with our frontend engineers to achieve outcomes.

If you love the intersection of design and engineering, as well as having an interest in the business side this could be a great fit. You might be a designer turned engineer, an engineer turned designer, or an ex-founder.

What you bring

We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic product designers who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects and designs. Even directly sharing a rough figma of your work is a great way to show us your craft! We do require:

Creative thinking toward establishing and executing on the vision for team initiatives. Challenge the status quo, push innovation and inspire people toward a unified outcome.

Efficiently execute to ship products that deliver impact for our business and customers.

Partner with the leadership team to successfully communicate concisely across the team and influence product and design outcomes.

Will work across the entire business stack and make an impact at different stages of the product: building vision & strategy, ensuring all the loose ends are tied up when executing, and making sure the operational components to support onboarding are in place, not just the product

It is preferred that you can get in the weeds with your engineering partners and make sense of technical constraints, while still pushing forward and maintaining a high design bar and level of execution

Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, partnering with Engineering, Customer Support, and Growth to define new products and features and launch them

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

#LI-remote

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.

n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.

Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 – working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.

We’re looking for an experienced design manager to lead our Product Design team.

This is a management role. Your job is to develop designers, raise the quality of the work, and make sure design has real influence on where the product goes. It is not a player-coach role, and it is not a step up for a strong IC looking for their first management position. We need someone who has already managed product designers and can do it well from day one.

n8n is a powerful, flexible technical tool, which means the problems your team tackles are complex. Design decisions have to account for diverse user workflows, technical constraints, and how changes ripple across the whole platform. You’ll need enough craft depth to recognise excellent work, challenge it constructively, and help designers get better. The team needs a manager whose design judgment they trust.

You’ll manage a team spanning product designers, design engineers and user researchers at a range of seniority levels, working across our product areas. You’ll work alongside our other design manager. You’ll report to our VP of Product until our Head of Design joins the team. That search is running now.

More than 80% of workflows built on n8n involve AI agents, and we’re widening from a developer audience to a broader set of builders. That shift is the central design problem here, and your team is at the centre of it.

Your main goal is to build a Product Design team that consistently produces excellent work and shapes how n8n’s product evolves. Here’s what that involves:

Lead and develop the team

Run regular, high-quality 1:1s and coach designers, design engineers and researchers across different levels.

Own performance management: evidence-based reviews, honest feedback, and real support for anyone who isn’t where they need to be.

Help people understand what’s expected at their level and what growth looks like, evolving our progression framework for Product Design.

Hire excellent designers as the team grows, and broaden the range of backgrounds and perspectives on the team.

Raise the design bar

Set and hold a high standard across problem framing, user understanding, interaction design, information architecture and visual craft.

Facilitate design critiques and reviews that measurably improve the work, and help designers think beyond the feature in front of them.

Develop designers’ judgment and autonomy rather than becoming the final approval layer for every decision.

Own the whole product experience

Keep a holistic view across features and product areas, identifying inconsistencies, recurring UX problems, and opportunities for more coherent patterns.

Work with the team to address fragmentation systematically rather than feature by feature.

Make design a real partner

Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership so design contributes early to problem definition and product direction, not late to execution.

Help designers influence product decisions through strong reasoning rather than positional authority.

Improve how the team works across critique, collaboration, decision-making and knowledge sharing, introducing structure where it helps the team scale and resisting process that slows things down.

How much of this is hands-on?

Worth being direct, because it’s the question every good candidate asks. This is a management role: developing designers, raising the bar, and making design count in product decisions is the job, and that’s where your time goes.

You’ll stay close to the craft in critiques, in reviews and in the detail of the work, and you’ll occasionally pick up design work yourself. When that happens it sits outside the squads and varies with the period: an exploratory concept, a gap during someone’s leave, a problem that needs a first pass. It is not a 50/50 split, and if what you want is to keep a squad’s worth of delivery alongside managing the team, this isn’t the role.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-haves

Proven design management: You’ve managed product designers in a product-led technology company for 3+ years, with a team of five or more. This is not a first management role.

Running a team well: You’ve run effective 1:1s, evidence-based performance reviews and difficult feedback conversations, including with people who weren’t performing. You’ve built or improved a career progression framework for designers, and you’re comfortable with the administrative side of managing a team rather than treating it as overhead.

Growing people: You coach and mentor, you run critique that changes the work, and you can point to specific designers who got measurably better or grew in scope while reporting to you.

Design taste and judgment: Your own craft is strong enough that designers trust your read on quality, you can articulate what separates adequate design from excellent design, and you’ll step into the work directly when the situation calls for it.

Hiring: You’ve hired designers consistently well, you know where good design talent is and how to attract it, and you can tell the difference quickly.

AI fluency: You use AI tools hands-on in your own work and in how your team designs, and you have an informed view on designing AI-enabled products. AI agents are the product here, so this one is not optional.

Nice-to-haves

Technical products: You’ve managed design teams in B2B SaaS, developer tools, workflow automation or similarly technical products.

Technical mindset: You don’t need to write code, but genuine curiosity about what’s happening underneath (APIs, webhooks, data structures, how workflows actually execute) earns you credibility with engineers here.

Designing for developers: You’ve designed products for developers, technical operators or other sophisticated users.

Systems view: You can step back from individual projects to spot patterns and UX problems across a broader product experience.

Influence without authority: You bring Product and Engineering peers with you through reasoning rather than positional authority.

Scaling teams: You’ve grown a design team through a period of rapid company growth.

Distributed teams: You’ve managed designers in remote-first or highly distributed organisations.

Open source: You’ve worked on open-source or community-driven products.

Inclusive hiring: You’ve meaningfully broadened the diversity of a design team through how you hire.

Our hiring process

We’ll tell you the whole shape of it upfront, and there’s very little homework.

Screening call with our recruiter. 45 minutes, no prep.

Leading designers with the hiring manager, 75 minutes. You’ll present for 20 minutes on a team you built, grew or turned around. Reuse existing material; it shouldn’t take more than two or three hours. We don’t need case studies of your own design work.

Live critique and coaching, 60 minutes. We’ll send you a real piece of n8n design work 24 hours ahead. You’ll critique it, then have a coaching conversation with the designer who made it. No preparation beyond reading it and trying the product.

Conversation with our VP of Product, and a culture call with Jan, our CEO. 45 minutes each, same day where we can.

Meet two or three of the designers you’d be managing. Not scored; it’s for you as much as for us.

We’ll also ask for two references, one of them a former direct report. A portfolio is welcome if you have one, though we know not every design manager keeps theirs current.

Why join us?

At n8n, your work won’t disappear into a slide deck. You’ll lead design for a product that hundreds of thousands of builders use to automate real work, sitting right where developer tools, AI agents and no-code interaction models meet. The design problems are genuinely hard and largely unsolved.

You’re inheriting an established team with strong designers, not building from zero, and there’s real room to shape how the team coaches, critiques, grows and works with Product and Engineering, rather than inheriting a rigid design organisation. You’ll stay close enough to the craft to influence quality directly, while your main job is making the designers around you better.

You’ll join a fast-growing, Europe remote-first company where autonomy, experimentation, and craft matter, at the point where n8n is scaling from a beloved open-source project into a major B2B platform. Design’s contribution to product thinking is established here, and has a long way still to run.

Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?

Apply now and help us build the future of automation.

n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.

Location: EMEA

We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join Brand Studio, the creative team behind how Zapier shows up in the world. Brand Studio is a small, high-ownership team embedded in Marketing, working at the intersection of brand, product, and enterprise positioning. We care deeply about craft, think strategically about systems, and move fast when the moment calls for it.

In this role you’ll work closely with a team of brand designers and design ops, collaborate cross-functionally with PMM, Product Design, Web, and Social, and partner with external agencies on bigger productions. You’ll help define how Zapier moves across every surface, and build the systems and tooling that let the whole org ship motion work independently without Brand Studio in the room every time.If you want to advance your career at a fast-growing, profitable, impact-driven company, read on

Employer: Vercel

Job Type: Full Time

Location:

Headquarters: Remote – United States

About Vercel:

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what’s next. For more than a decade we’ve helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.

Now we’re scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.

About the Role:

AI Gateway gives developers one place to connect applications and agents to hundreds of models with one API key. It handles provider routing and fallbacks, unifies billing and observability, and lets teams manage spend and security controls across production AI workloads.

Designing this well is a systems problem. A developer should be able to choose the right model, make and verify a first request, diagnose a failed request, and configure routing, budgets, credentials, and security controls without losing sight of the application they are trying to build. The right interface might be in the dashboard, on the public model catalog, in the CLI, in an API response, or in code.

You will be the Design Engineer for AI Gateway, owning product design and frontend implementation across those surfaces. You will work with customers, a Product Manager, and engineers to understand the problem, explore solutions, build the production experience, ship it, and learn from what happens after launch.

AI Gateway is live, the model ecosystem changes every week, and the team can move from an observed problem to production quickly. This is a rare chance to use your product judgment, design craft, and code to shape a developer product and ship the experience yourself.

You will be the design owner embedded with a Product Manager and a dedicated engineering team. You will also have the Product Design team around you for critique, collaboration, and support. AI Gateway will be your main product area, with room to pursue design-led improvements across Vercel. You will report to the Design Team.

If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you’re located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.

What You Will Do:

Own product design and frontend implementation for meaningful parts of the journey from discovering a model to making a first successful request and operating AI in production.

Design and build production experiences across the website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs, choosing the right medium for each problem.

Make models, providers, credentials, routing, budgets, logs, performance, privacy, and governance understandable, then create patterns that extend across new providers, modalities, and workloads.

Talk directly with customers and use product data to understand problems, define success, make tradeoffs, and improve what ships.

Own quality after launch, including visual and interaction craft, accessibility, performance, resilience, instrumentation, and edge cases.

Use coding agents to explore and implement ideas quickly, while testing, debugging, and taking responsibility for what ships.

About You:

Your work shows what you personally identified, designed, built, shipped, and learned after launch.

You build production-quality web applications with React and TypeScript and can contribute confidently in a large, existing codebase.

You bring strong visual and interaction craft and have made technical or data-rich products understandable without removing the control advanced users need.

You can move between graphical interfaces, CLI workflows, API behavior, and implementation details, treating accessibility, performance, failure recovery, and instrumentation as part of the design.

You use customer research and product data to make decisions, communicate your reasoning clearly, challenge ideas constructively, and change direction when the evidence changes.

You use coding agents in your daily work, but you can explain, test, debug, and take responsibility for the code they help produce.

There is no required path into this role. You may come from product design, frontend engineering, creative development, or a career that does not fit a standard title. We care about the quality of what you have shipped and the judgment behind it.

Bonus If You:

Have experience with developer tools, infrastructure products, model marketplaces, or observability experiences.

Have worked with AI models, providers, inference platforms, guardrails, or AI application tooling.

Have experience with APIs, command-line tools, structured product content, or agent-facing interfaces.

Have built an application or agent with Vercel’s AI SDK or AI Gateway.

What We Do

At Calm we believe in making relaxation, better sleep, and mindfulness accessible to the entire world, and we hope you will help us achieve our mission. The Product & Design team is responsible for delivering Calm to our customers, ensuring that it is easy to use, supports their goals, and maintains a high level of quality across web, iOS, Android platforms.

As a Senior Product Designer on our Consumer team, you’ll shape experiences used by tens of millions of people to sleep better, stress less, and live more mindfully. People often reach for Calm in their most vulnerable moments, so the craft of what we make (how it looks, moves, and feels) matters enormously.

This is a builder’s role in the truest sense: you’ll use AI and modern prototyping tools to move from insight to interactive prototype to shipped experience, not as a shortcut on quality, but to spend less time producing and more time on the judgment and detail that make an experience great. When anyone can generate a hundred screens in an afternoon, taste and judgment are the differentiators!

The heart of this role is balancing velocity and craft in service of making our users healthier and happier, and building intuitive, engaging and impactful experiences that drive acquisition, engagement and retention. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing, and set the standard for craft across iOS, Android, and web. You will be a thought leader in design, helping to establish best practices and setting the bar for exceptional product design at Calm.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end product design initiatives that cover the whole product experience (visual, interaction, motion, brand integration), to create thoughtful, high-quality user-centered mobile experiences.

Prototype quickly in Figma and with AI and low-code tools like Replit, Lovable, and Claude, so you can get real, testable ideas in front of people early.

Present your design work clearly and persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders (including senior leadership), give and take feedback well, anchoring your rationale to both user needs and business goals.

Maintain strong attention to detail and collaboration through engineering implementation (build and QA) and post launch-iterations, to ensure high-quality execution.

Use data and drive research to inform the experiences you build, and leverage performance insights to evolve your approach.

Champion system-level thinking (improving how the team works and evolving Calm’s design system) so the whole team works faster and smarter.

Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of execution.

Who You Are

Experienced Product Designer: 7+ years of experience in UX and UI design with 5+ within consumer mobile and web applications.

AI-native and tooling-fluent: Highly proficient in Figma for design, and already using AI and low-code tools (Replit, Lovable, Claude) to prototype and move fast, with the judgment to know when the output is good enough and when it isn’t.

Technical agility: Comfortable shipping small code changes without engineering support, bridging the gap between design and engineering by personally shipping copy and UI polish directly.

A builder: Biased toward shipping and iterating over perfect plans. You’d rather put a working prototype in front of people than write a doc about one.

Data- and research-informed: You fold both qualitative and quantitative insight into your design decisions, and you measure whether the work landed.

Join the company that’s building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl, we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world’s biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what’s next.

We’re one of the fastestgrowing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fastmoving market. With a global workforce, we’re remotefirst and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business.

Why You’ll Love This Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define and deliver Cribl security product experience. You will design for security practitioners across detection, alerting, investigation, triage, search, threat coverage, telemetry, and AI-assisted workflows.

This role requires a genuine security background and the ability to turn complex SOC workflows into clear, trustworthy experiences. You will partner with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and other designers to create a cohesive experience that works seamlessly with our other products across the entire Cribl platform.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will

Lead end-to-end design from problem framing and research through interaction design, prototyping, validation, and implementation.

Design workflows for detection creation and management, alert review, investigation, triage, search pivots, threat coverage, normalization, and enrichment.

Apply security judgment to evidence, provenance, confidence, severity, permissions, auditability, destructive actions, and operational risk.

Design AI-assisted and agentic experiences that make intent, context, sources, capabilities, uncertainty, and user approval clear.

Use Cribl’s design system and contribute reusable components, patterns, guidance, and interaction models when the work has broader value.

Work expertly in Figma for exploration, prototyping, documentation, collaboration, and handoff, including libraries, variables, components, variants, and tokens.

Partner with engineers, PMs and designers through ideation, development to support feasibility, accessibility, resilience, and high-fidelity implementation challenges.

Share work early and often through critiques and working sessions. Give and receive specific, constructive feedback.

Use research and product evidence to prioritize opportunities, evaluate concepts, and improve shipped workflows.

Communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical partners.

We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.

If You’ve Got It – We Want It

Required:

5+ years experience designing complex B2B software, enterprise platforms, or products for technical users.

A security background, such as security product design, security operations, threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, detection engineering, SOC workflows, SIEM, EDR, SOAR, or a related discipline.

Understanding of security practitioners’ realities, including noisy signals, incomplete evidence, time pressure, and high-consequence decisions.

Strong product thinking and interaction-design skills, with the ability to make complex technical workflows simple without oversimplifying them.

Experience designing AI-assisted, agentic, conversational, or other emerging interaction models.

Expert Figma skills, including advanced prototyping and design documentation.

Demonstrated expertise working in and contributing to design systems. You know when to use existing patterns and when to extend them thoughtfully.

Understanding of AI tools and AI UX interaction models is required. You can design experiences where AI assists, recommends, generates, investigates, or takes action while preserving user understanding, control, and trust.

Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering in an iterative and changing environment.

Strong communication, facilitation, and problem solving skills, including the ability to make progress when information is incomplete.

A portfolio with case studies that show your role, process, decisions, collaboration, and outcomes. Candidates will be asked to present and discuss previous work.

Highly desired:

Familiarity with research tools such as Dovetail, including transcripts, tagging, themes, repositories, and insights.

Experience with security data, detections, alerts, investigations, threat intelligence, telemetry, data pipelines, or analytical workflows.

About Replika

Replika is an AI companion loved by 35M+ users around the world. We’re redefining what it means to connect with technology emotionally, intelligently, and personally. From mobile to VR, we’re building an experience that feels less like software and more like someone who gets you.

We’re scaling fast and taking on bold challenges to become the most human AI on the planet.

About the role

Brand Design Manager

We’re building a brand-new product from scratch, and we need someone to design what it actually is not the buttons, the product. This is a conceptual role: you invent the functions, the moments, the way the whole thing works and feels, from a blank page. You’re not polishing UI. You’re deciding what the product does and why it matters in someone’s life. Move fast, ship working concepts, learn, and go again. We care less about a perfect pixel and more about ideas nobody else would have had.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design the product itself, not just the interface the functions, the experience, the way it works, invented from a blank page.

Turn our AI and technical capabilities into functions that actually change someone’s day their outlook, perspective, productivity, or the experiences they have.

Bring the ideas. Unique concepts, new mechanics, things that don’t exist yet. This role lives or dies on originality.

Ship working concepts fast. A rough thing people can feel beats a beautiful deck describing it. Prototype, test, learn, repeat.

Hold the one of a kind” bar reject the obvious, the derivative, the good-enough, and push for the version only this product could be.

Work directly with product, engineering, and the founders to take a concept from idea to something real in the product.

What We’re Looking For

A concept-first designer. You design what a product does and how it feels, not just how it looks. You’ve invented product experiences, not just executed someone else’s spec.

Genuinely original ideas. You can point to things you’ve made that were new concepts other people hadn’t thought of, that actually worked.

A deep sense for great products. You know what makes something amazing and one of a kind versus competent and forgettable, and you can say exactly why.

You turn capability into meaning. Handed a raw technical ability say, a new AI capability you can see the function it should become, the one that improves a user’s life.

A bias for speed. You ship working concepts fast and learn from them. You don’t disappear for weeks to perfect a pixel.

Comfortable at ground zero. Blank page, no patterns, no spec that’s where you do your best work.

Hands-on and self-directed. You bring the ideas and drive them. Nobody’s hovering.

Bonus Points

Experience with AI, conversational, or emotionally engaging products turning novel technology into human experiences.

You’ve taken a product concept from nothing to something people actually used and loved.

A body of work that shows range and originality concepts, prototypes, products not just screens.

You prototype in whatever gets the idea across fastest: Figma, motion, code, paper, Keynote, whatever works.

You already use AI tools to explore ideas and move faster.

What You’ll Get

Competitive compensation.

Flexible job schedule and generous vacation policy.

Unlimited access to the latest AI coding assistants.

No corporate bs.

Direct impact on millions of worldwide users within months.

Push the boundaries of applied AI in a consumer setting.

Fully remote.

In this role, you will contribute to the Network/Firewalls automation stream, building modules on a modern toolchain (Terraform/OpenTofu for IaC and Ansible for CaC) with AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot as a standard practice.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain firewall automation modules across PaloAlto, F5, and Cloudflare (security rules, address/service objects, NAT, VIP/pool configuration, WAF policy, certificate binding), following designs defined by the Network Architect

Build and maintain DNS and NetBox IPAM automation (zone/record management, prefix/role/tenant data entry, reconciliation jobs)

Deliver Azure core connectivity modules (VNets/subnets, Application Gateway, WAF, Azure Firewall, NSGs) via Terraform/OpenTofu

Support VMware NSX-T segment and distributed firewall (DFW) rule implementation in coordination with the VMware team

Execute commit/lock handling procedures for concurrent firewall pipeline changes (PaloAlto/Panorama candidate-config workflows)

Troubleshoot and remediate production network/firewall issues during Implementation and Adoption, working within change-control processes given the high blast-radius of network changes

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering with a focus on automation

Background in automating firewall platforms via Infrastructure as Code, including PaloAlto, F5, and Cloudflare

Knowledge of DNS and IPAM (NetBox) data models and automation

Familiarity with VMware NSX-T network segmentation and distributed firewall concepts

Proficiency in Ansible for network/firewall configuration tasks, combined with Terraform/OpenTofu-based provisioning

Capability to operate within change-control processes for high-blast-radius network/security modifications

Flexibility to use AI-assisted development with GitHub Copilot (provided project-wide)

Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

Nice to have
