We are looking for an SMM & Content Producer to join our team and take ownership of content creation and social media activities.

In this role, you will turn the company's culture, day-to-day life and projects into engaging digital content, manage the full content production cycle, and use data to continuously improve content performance.

About the project

A European AI company is building a platform for running AI models. It has to install wherever its customers need it, in public cloud, private and sovereign cloud, on-prem Kubernetes and networks with no internet access. We are looking for an engineer to own how the platform is packaged, installed, upgraded and connected to customer infrastructure.

What you will do Build and maintain the Helm charts, operators and offline bundles that install and upgrade the platform across Kubernetes distributions and clouds, including air-gapped networks. Connect the platform to customer infrastructure, including OIDC and SAML identity, object storage, container registries, ingress and network policy, and GPU scheduling. Write the Python services and REST APIs through which third-party open-source apps are packaged, installed and managed inside the platform. Own CI/CD, releases and the test matrix across supported environments, add metrics, logs and traces, and write the runbooks.

Must have 5+ years in platform, infrastructure or backend engineering, 2+ of them running production workloads on Kubernetes. 3+ years of production Python backend work with FastAPI or Django REST Framework, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy and Alembic on PostgreSQL, async, pytest and type hints. Helm charts that other people install, written and maintained by you. Installs into environments you do not control, such as customer on-prem, private cloud or air-gapped networks. Job Description
Plan, manage, and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using appropriate delivery methodologies and best practices
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and internal teams
Align business and technology stakeholders around project goals, priorities, and expected outcomes
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements
Promote and support the adoption of AI-driven approaches within project delivery and workflows
Perform risk analysis and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies
Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
Ensure transparent communication and structured project documentation
Coordinate and support delivery teams, including onboarding and professional growth activities
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and project management practices

Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in project management
Proven experience managing cross-functional or transformation initiatives
Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects
Understanding of modern technologies, integrations, and automation approaches
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches
Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
Awareness of AI capabilities and willingness to integrate AI into workflows
Intermediate English level or higher

Will be a plus
Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs
Experience implementing automation or AI-driven business solutions
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certifications
Experience with process improvement methodologies

Твої майбутні задачі:
розробка стратегії, налаштування, запуск та оптимізація Apple Search Ads кампаній відповідно до KPI;
дослідження, збір, аналіз та тестування ключових слів;
оптимізація ставок та ключових слів, CR, масштабування груп оголошень та кампаній;
оцінка ефективності рекламних кампаній, робота з системами аналітики;
аналіз ринку та конкурентів, виявлення точок зросту та трендів;
створення гіпотез та їх тестування, оптимізація воронок, робота с A/B тестами та CPP;
співпраця з ASO, командами дизайна та розробки;
аналіз ринку додатків та конкурентів, формування та тестування гіпотез, пошук нових точок зростання;
текстова та візуальна оптимізація сторінок додатків у App Store, Google Play Store;
збір семантичного ядра: створення текстових і візуальних метаданих, включаючи локалізацію для різних регіонів;
підготовка ТЗ дизайнерам та розробникам;
ведення акаунтів розробника App Store Connect і Google Play Console: публікація додатків, оновлення, моніторинг метрик.

Твої скіли:
досвід роботи від 1 року в ніші igaming;
наявність успішних кейсів ASA кампаній;
розуміння ASO, володіння базовими інструментами;
глибоке розуміння всіх ASA форматів: Search, Search Tab, Custom Product Pages;
розуміння мобільної атрибуції та показників ефективності;
сильні аналітичні навички, вміння структурувати та аналізувати, впевнене користування Excel/Google Sheets;
досвід роботи з ASO не менше 1 року в iGaming;
досвід просування IOS та Android додатків;
наявність досвіду роботи з мотивованим трафіком;
глибоке розуміння алгоритмів ранжування додатків у маркетах (алгоритми, фільтри, модерація);
володіння інструментами Asomobile, Appmagic, Keitaro, Octo Browser
впевнене володіння AI-інструментами.

Бажано, але не критично:
знання UAC та Facebook.
