About us
We're working on a groundbreaking mobile gaming project that combines football with cognitive training. Our ambition is to make focus, quick thinking, and decision-making part of an exciting sports experience.
We're looking for a 3D Artist to help create a distinctive, polished visual world. You'll work closely with our development and design team, creating artwork that looks great and performs well on mobile.

The role
Create high-quality 3D assets, from footballers and kits to stadiums and gameplay props.
Produce models, UVs, textures, and materials ready for use in Unity.
Improve existing assets to match the game's visual direction.
Maintain a consistent style across different minigames.
Work within agreed polygon, texture, and memory budgets.
Collaborate with the team to review and refine your work inside the game.

About you
You have a strong portfolio of 3D art created for games.
You're proficient in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or equivalent software.
You're comfortable with Substance Painter
You understand topology, UV mapping, baking, and asset optimisation.
You have a strong eye for shape, proportion, colour, and materials.
You welcome feedback and can take assets from a brief through to delivery.

Experience with Unity, mobile games, rigging, or animation would be a plus.
