About the Role
We are looking for a 3D Web Engineer to join an engineering-driven project focused on inspection and deep analysis of massive infrastructure structures. The platform processes large-scale, high-precision 3D data and provides real-time visualization and analytics in the browser.

In this role, you will lead advanced 3D rendering initiatives, work closely with domain experts, and integrate next-generation graphics pipelines such as WebGPU. The production platform relies heavily on LuciadRIA, making direct experience with this framework essential.

Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize web-based 3D visualization features within our platform
Work with and extend our LuciadRIA-based 3D engine
Design and implement high-performance rendering pipelines using WebGPU
Handle large-scale datasets (e.g. photogrammetry, point clouds, meshes)
Improve rendering performance, memory usage, and responsiveness
Collaborate with frontend and backend developers (Angular, Node.js, TypeScript)
Contribute to architectural decisions and guide less experienced developers

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Hands-on production experience with LuciadRIA (mandatory)
Strong experience in web-based 3D visualization using WebGPU
Solid understanding of 3D fundamentals
Proven experience with real-time 3D rendering in the browser
Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills
Experience optimizing performance in large or complex 3D scenes
English – Strong Upper-Intermediate\Advanced

Tech Stack:
3D Engine: LuciadRIA
Frontend: TypeScript, Angular
Backend: Node.js
Infrastructure: GitLab, PostgreSQL, S3-compatible storage

Preferred Skills:
Backend experience (Node.js) and data integration
Experience with geospatial 3D systems or large coordinate spaces
Experience with photogrammetry, point clouds, or mesh processing pipelines
Experience with Gaussian Splatting or similar rendering techniques
