Over the past 10 years, we've delivered 500+ platform initiatives for enterprises, SMEs, and Fortune 500 companies, including WordPress, ChaiHoub Group, Greif, Player's Health, Myso Finance, and others.

We're looking for an Account Manager who can become a trusted point of contact for our clients someone who understands their business needs, keeps communication moving, spots risks early, and identifies opportunities to grow long-term partnerships.

This is a client-facing role for someone who knows how to understand clients' business needs, proactively manage communication, spot potential risks, and create a great overall client experience.

What you'll do:
Manage ongoing communication with active clients and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the engagement.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct regular client calls to understand business goals, needs, expectations, blockers, and potential risks.
Collect qualitative feedback and conduct regular client satisfaction / NPS calls.
Proactively identify potential issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
Keep communication professional, structured, and client-oriented, including situations where feedback, decisions, or payments are delayed.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, account expansion, and further cooperation.
Reconnect with previous clients and identify potential opportunities for renewed cooperation.
Conduct exit interviews with clients when cooperation ends and gather actionable feedback.
Collect client testimonials and reviews for platforms such as Clutch and LinkedIn.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations and business needs are aligned with delivery.

What we expect:

2+ years of experience in B2B client-facing roles, such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, preferably within tech, digital, design, or creative services.
Upper-Intermediate+ / Fluent English, both written and spoken, as you'll communicate directly with international clients.
Experience conducting client and discovery calls and identifying business goals, needs, blockers, and risks.
Understanding of upselling and cross-selling approaches.
Experience working with CRM systems and client communication / collaboration tools.
Strong communication skills clear, structured, professional, and diplomatic.
Client-oriented mindset and empathy.
Ability to ask the right questions and dig deeper into clients' needs.
Proactive approach and ability to identify potential improvements or opportunities.
Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several clients and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate effectively with different internal teams.
