Our project is an MGA-licensed slot provider. We're looking for an Account Manager to look after our operator and aggregator partners after signing, grow revenue with each of them and support the sales team.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of partners (operators and aggregators) from onboarding to steady performance
Coordinate integrations between partners and our tech team, keep launch timelines on track
Monitor GGR and game performance per partner and find growth opportunities
Negotiate game placement in lobbies, banners and featured sections
Run promotions with partners: tournaments, free spins, prize drops
Prepare monthly reports and reconciliations, support finance with invoicing
Collect operator feedback on markets and games and share it with the product team
Keep the CRM and all partner communication up to date
Support the sales team: prepare decks and game lists, fill in provider questionnaires, join calls with new partners
Handle follow-ups after meetings and trade shows, and help move leads to a signed agreement
Find upsell opportunities with existing partners: new markets, brands and games

Requirements
2+ years as an Account Manager in iGaming B2B (provider, aggregator or operator side)
Good understanding of GGR/NGR, revenue share, RTP and aggregator integrations
English B2 or higher for daily emails and calls
Comfortable with data: Excel or Google Sheets, partner back offices
Proactive, detail-oriented, able to handle many partners at once

Nice to have
Existing network of operators and aggregators
Experience with regulated markets
Experience running promo campaigns
Willing to travel to trade shows (ICE, SiGMA, SBC)
