REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of account management experience in the iGaming industry, preferably on the game provider side;
Experience managing relationships with casino operators, aggregators, or gaming platforms;
Good understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, casino games, slots, and B2B partnerships;
Proven ability to build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with existing partners;
Experience managing partner accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing account performance;
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
Ability to understand partners' business needs and propose relevant products and commercial solutions;
Experience working with commercial agreements, partnership terms, and account performance metrics;
English level B2+.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop relationships with existing iGaming operators, aggregators, and platform partners;
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring effective communication and a high level of service;
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive satisfaction, retention, and business growth;
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through new game launches, additional integrations, and commercial initiatives;
Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve results;
Understand partners' business needs and propose relevant products and commercial solutions;
Coordinate new game releases, promotional activities, and other initiatives with partners;
Conduct regular partner meetings, performance reviews, and follow-ups;
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Integration, Technical Support, and Commercial teams to ensure a smooth partner experience;
Handle partner requests, resolve issues, and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely solutions;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner information, communication history, and account activities in CRM;
Represent MEGAFAIR at international iGaming conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings.
