Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an Account and Content Manager with strong initiative, negotiation, and communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients (platforms) and partners (game providers).

Responsibilities:

Help clients and partners through email, online presentations, screen-share
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
Monitor and analyze ongoing process
Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Liaise between the clients and internal teams

Requirements:
Exceptional negotiation communication skills
iGaming experience is a must
Proficient in English at both written and spoken
Industry experience in slot games is a plus
Experience as an account manager, sales representative, or business development manager in a gambling or tech company.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
