As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Accountant who sees the full picture. Numbers, taxes, payroll and military records all come together in one role, and you'll own it. You'll be the person who keeps our LLC compliant and our books clean, and who knows exactly what the Diia.City regime requires.

What you'll do
Run full accounting and tax records for the LLC;
Keep primary documents in order: check that they exist and are filled in correctly;
Handle bank operations, payments and settlements with counterparties;
Calculate and pay taxes and fees;
Prepare and submit tax and financial reports on time;
Calculate salaries, vacation pay, sick leave and other payments;
Make sure we meet Diia.City residency requirements at all times;
Prepare reports and documents that confirm our compliance;
Take part in audits;
Communicate with banks, tax authorities, auditors and other institutions;
Prepare data and documents for management when they ask;
Process hiring and dismissals, and file new-hire notifications with the tax office;
Prepare HR orders for vacations, business trips and more;
Prepare and maintain employment contracts and, when needed, gig contracts;
Maintain the staffing table and time tracking;
Keep military records for employees: notifications, lists and reports

What we're looking for
Practical experience running full accounting and tax records for an LLC;
Required: experience with a Diia.City resident company, preferably one with critical enterprise status;
Good knowledge of how employees and gig specialists are taxed under Diia.City;
Solid command of Ukrainian accounting, tax and labor legislation;
Experience with payroll and reporting;
Experience with HR document flow;
Knowledge of military record-keeping rules, or readiness to get up to speed quickly;
Attention to detail, a sense of responsibility and the habit of never missing a deadline;
Confident use of accounting software, e-reporting systems, Excel and client-bank
