Who We Are
Vimerson Health is a US supplement brand that sells mainly on Amazon and is expanding to other markets and platforms. We are a small remote team with production in the US. We're looking for a long-term partner who wants to grow with the company as the brand scales.

The Mission
Take full ownership of Amazon advertising: strategy, execution and results. Advertising is our biggest direct lever on sales and profit, and your goal is to scale it profitably, with more ad sales at a better ACOS and TACOS, on a system that grows with our catalog. This is a player-owner role: you build the plan and you make it happen.

What You Own
The advertising strategy for the whole catalog and the results it delivers: ad sales, ACOS, TACOS and profit
The system that runs the campaigns: structure, rules, tools, and the people or AI that execute them
Continuous improvement: experiments, tests and evaluation of their results

Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Results
Set the advertising strategy for each product, in line with the product's goal
Own ad sales, ACOS, TACOS and the profit effect of ads
Plan launch advertising for new products
Campaign System & Execution
Build and run the system behind the campaigns: structure, bid rules, keyword harvesting and negation, placement adjustments, budgets and audiences
Write the rules down so they can be checked and automated
Stay responsible for execution, whether it's done by you, external PPC support, or tools and AI
Use AI and automation for routine work, within our security rules
Rhythm & Innovation
Keep a regular cadence: daily checks, a weekly performance review, and monthly and quarterly deep dives into keywords and targets
Run experiments with a written hypothesis, test window, metric and decision rule, then evaluate the results
Follow Amazon changes and tell us which ones matter for us
Collaboration
Work with the product growth owners: each product has an owner, and you make advertising decisions together
Report to the Sales Lead, who verifies the strategy and results, as with all our team members

What We're Looking For
At least 3 years running Amazon PPC for a brand or an agency, with ownership of the results, not only the execution. You can show the numbers
Ability to build strategy, not only run the account: you can explain why a structure works, what to change when ACOS rises, and how to grow a product profitably
Systems thinking: you can write bid, keyword harvesting and negation processes as clear rules that another person or a tool could run. Bulk files and spreadsheets are normal for you
A data-driven approach: search term reports, Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance, margin and lifetime value math. You propose decisions with numbers and a decision rule
You deliver what you commit to, without reminders
You take direct feedback well, adjust, and state your own view clearly with arguments
Clear written English, with short updates and documented work
Care with account access, data and AI tools, following our security rules

Nice to Have
Supplements or another consumable category
Amazon Ads API, bulk operations, rule-based tools, or your own scripts or AI automation
Sponsored Display, DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud
Advertising on other marketplaces or platforms
Experience in a remote team spread across time zones
