Match relevant offers with partners based on GEO, traffic source, and performance potential.
Coordinate campaign launches, initial tests, conversion tracking, and further scaling.
Monitor affiliate performance, including CR, FTD, approval rates, revenue, margins, and traffic quality.
Analyze retention and LTV when operator-level data is available.

Work with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, CRM systems, and performance reports.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to secure competitive offers and improve commercial conditions.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant iGaming affiliate marketing experience for Middle-level candidates; 3+ years for Senior-level candidates.
Proven hands-on experience independently acquiring and developing affiliate partners.
Strong preference for candidates with previous experience on the iGaming product / casino operator side, including an understanding of player quality, retention, LTV, and product economics.
Solid understanding of CPA networks and CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid cooperation models.
Practical experience working with media buying teams, paid traffic, or SEO affiliates.
Experience with LatAm, Asia, MENA, or African markets.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, including objection handling and closing commercial agreements.
Experience with affiliate platforms such as Affise, Everflow, HasOffers, or similar tools.
Understanding of tracking links, subIDs, and S2S postbacks.
Ability to analyze traffic performance, partner profitability, and commercial results.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to maintain professional business correspondence.
English proficiency sufficient for international partner communication, preferably B2 or higher.
Nice to Have
An established professional network of affiliates and media buying teams in relevant GEOs.
Proven experience scaling affiliate partnerships and increasing traffic volumes.
Experience improving margins, optimizing commercial terms, and reactivating inactive partners.
For Senior candidates: experience managing strategic partnerships, handling complex negotiations, and improving commercial processes.
What Matters Most
We are looking for a commercially driven Affiliate Manager who can do more than maintain existing relationships.
You should be able to independently acquire partners, activate traffic, scale successful partnerships, and demonstrate measurable business results.
