We are an international B2C company operating in the iGaming industry, with a focus on the US Sweepstakes Casino market. Our team brings together talented professionals who embrace challenges, think creatively, and are committed to delivering exceptional player experiences. We are actively expanding our affiliate channel and looking for an Affiliate Manager who will take ownership of developing existing partnerships, identifying new traffic sources, and increasing the volume of high-quality players.

Key Responsibilities
Independently identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners.
Source media-buying teams, affiliate teams, SEO partners, content websites, and other traffic sources.
Identify partners primarily working with USA Tier-1 traffic.
Reach out to potential partners through LinkedIn, Telegram, email, conferences, affiliate networks, and direct contacts.
Manage negotiations from initial outreach to campaign launch.
Build and expand your own affiliate partner network.
Maintain daily communication with affiliate partners.
Build and develop long-term partner relationships.
Negotiate CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other cooperation models.
Negotiate placement terms, traffic volumes, and traffic quality requirements.
Coordinate and monitor changes to contracts and Insertion Orders (IOs).
Oversee partner payments, manage invoices, and resolve payment-related issues.
Conduct regular statistical reconciliations with partners.
Resolve disputes related to FTD, QFTD, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, multi-accounting, and other performance indicators.
Monitor compliance with agreed terms and placement commitments.
Analyze partner performance and propose new commercial terms to scale high-performing traffic.

Requirements
Must-have:
At least 1 year of experience in affiliate management, preferably in iGaming or Gambling.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and key cooperation models: CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid.
Understanding of key performance metrics: Clicks, Registrations, FTD, QFTD, CR, ROI, GGR, and NGR.
Experience working with CRM systems, affiliate platforms, and postback configuration.
Hands-on experience managing affiliate partnerships and conducting negotiations.
Ability to independently negotiate and agree on partnership terms.
Experience working with contracts, IOs, invoices, and affiliate payments.
Experience reconciling statistics and identifying data discrepancies.
Strong written and spoken English (B2+).
Ability to organize your work independently and manage multiple partners simultaneously.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have
Experience working specifically with the US market.
Experience with sweepstakes casinos or a solid understanding of the sweepstakes business model.
Experience with traffic sources such as SEO, PPC, Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, media buying, and content/organic traffic.
An established network of affiliate partners, media-buying teams, and affiliate teams.
Experience acquiring partners who deliver USA Tier-1 traffic.
Experience working with large affiliate teams and direct media buyers.
Experience attending SBC, SiGMA, Affiliate World, and other industry conferences.
Understanding of the US iGaming and sweepstakes landscape, including state-specific restrictions.
Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and performance analytics.
Experience handling fraud-related issues, including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, etc.
