We're looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who can strengthen our Affiliate Department and help scale high-quality traffic across Canada, Germany and Austria.

Affiliate growth is not about simply bringing more traffic.

Your mission is to build and manage revenue-driving affiliate partnerships, continuously improve their performance and expand our access to high-quality Tier-1 traffic.
You'll own the relationship with affiliates from acquisition and onboarding through performance optimization and long-term growth.

What You'll Own
Searching for, onboarding and managing affiliates and webmasters with high-quality traffic from FB, SEO, ASO and PPC.
Running cold outreach to identify and activate new partners.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with affiliates and webmasters.
Driving performance growth across existing partnerships.
Analysing traffic sources, performance metrics and ROI.
Working towards ROMI 100%+ across relevant campaigns.
Negotiating commercial deals and optimizing partnership conditions.
Identifying top-performing partnerships and scaling them.
Collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to launch new offers and improve conversion.
Monitoring daily statistics, payments and fraud indicators.
Identifying traffic quality issues and performance opportunities.
Expanding and diversifying traffic channels across CA, DE and AT.
Continuously testing new partners, traffic sources and approaches to affiliate acquisition.

Six months after joining Gravira Group:
A strong portfolio of active Tier-1 affiliate partnerships has been built.
High-quality traffic volumes from CA, DE and AT are growing.
Top-performing partners are being scaled systematically.
Affiliate campaigns are meeting or exceeding profitability expectations.
Traffic quality and performance are continuously monitored and optimized.
New affiliates are being consistently sourced and activated through both outreach and existing networks.
Partnerships generate measurable contribution to revenue and business growth.
Traffic sources are becoming more diversified across FB, SEO, ASO and PPC.
Affiliate performance is driven by data rather than assumptions.

We're Looking For Someone Who
Has 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager / Partner Manager in iGaming.
Has proven experience working with CA, DE and AT markets.
Has a strong understanding of affiliate management, traffic arbitrage and performance marketing.
Has hands-on experience with analytics and affiliate technology such as Postback, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro or similar platforms.
Can analyse traffic performance and make data-driven decisions.
Has strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Understands the financial side of affiliate partnerships and works with clear performance goals.
Takes ownership of results rather than simply managing relationships.
Is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Has English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have
Your own database of Tier-1 affiliates or webmasters.
Experience with cold outreach and onboarding new affiliates.
Existing partnerships with SEO, ASO or PPC webmasters.
Strong network across CA, DE and other Tier-1 markets.
Experience working in startups or fast-moving iGaming environments.
