Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset and focus on results.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working toward ambitious targets.

Negotiate commissions, commercial terms, and placement agreements.
Grow affiliate-driven sales across Amazon and the company's website.
Track partner performance, manage budgets, and optimize ROI.
Build reporting systems and test growth hypotheses to improve results.

It will be a plus:
Experience in e-commerce, Amazon, or marketplace growth.
Experience in Health & Wellness, dietary supplements, or vitamins.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, Awin, Levanta, or Amazon Creator Connections.
Experience with Amazon Attribution and knowledge of FTC/FDA advertising guidelines for supplements.

Working Conditions:
Fully remote.
Full-time, flexible schedule.
Compensation: $1,7002,700 + performance-based bonuses.

Benefits:
Direct collaboration with the founders.
High autonomy and real ownership.
Professional growth alongside an international e-commerce brand.
Direct impact on business growth.

If you know how to build strong affiliate partnerships and turn them into measurable sales growth, we'd love to hear from you!
