Affiliate Team Lead (Africa, Asia, CIS)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Team Lead to drive and scale our affiliate program across African markets. You will own the regional strategy, lead a team of affiliate managers, and ensure sustainable growth through high-quality partnerships.

Responsibilities
Own and execute the affiliate strategy across African markets.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Affiliate Managers (hiring, onboarding, performance management).
Scale partner acquisition: source, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
Oversee key accounts and support the team in managing top-tier partners.
Analyze partner performance (Power BI or similar tools), identify growth opportunities, and optimize results.
Define and improve commercial models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fixed).
Ensure traffic quality and compliance with agreements.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, and design teams.
Build and expand a strong affiliate network in the region.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in Africa.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, including at least 1 year in a Lead / Senior role.
Proven hands-on experience in African markets (mandatory).
Strong existing network of affiliate partners in the region.
Experience with platforms/tools: BetB2B, Slack, Jira, Power BI (or similar).
Deep understanding of key metrics: CR, NGR, ARPU, LTV, FTD.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience structuring and negotiating high-value deals.

Scale and optimize the affiliate partner portfolio.
Build and manage a high-performing affiliate team.
Expand into new GEOs within Africa.
