Produce performance-driven creatives and support content scaling.
Develop and refine prompts for scripts, videos, and reusable content templates.
Ensure content quality and consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Source and coordinate external contractors for AI-related projects.
Run AI experiments and A/B tests to evaluate creative performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

About you:

Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for text, image, and video creation.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to adapt prompts to different creative and technical requirements.
Experience in digital marketing, content production, or post-production.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a systematic and production-oriented mindset.
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:
Experience in the fitness, wellness, or fashion industry.
Experience with workflow automation tools.

What we offer:

The opportunity to develop and scale AI-driven production within a large content team.
A direct impact on content production speed, quality, and scalability.
Freedom to experiment, test new approaches, and explore emerging AI technologies through R&D.

What you get at BetterMe:
A mission that inspires. Every line of code, every design, every idea helps millions of people become healthier and more confident.

Growth opportunities. There's space for initiative, new responsibilities, and real career upgrades.
