AVELaunch Books is a team that creates non-fiction books end-to-end for entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and thought leaders. We help experts turn their knowledge and experience into a structured, meaningful book a tool for influence, trust, and business growth. We work deeply with each client: preserving their unique voice, building a strong narrative, and delivering a product that establishes authority in their field.
About the role:
As our AI Marketer, you own the sales funnel: offer ad landing page lead call payment. You make sure every step continues the one before it and every test gives numbers we can trust. Your main result is revenue. You don't start from zero: we have 37+ books behind us, ready playbooks for funnels and smoke tests, and a Delivery team, marketing and a Head of Product to work with.
What you'll do:
Package products around one specific client pain, in the client's own words.
Find angles of attack and run market research: competitors, pains, open niches.
Launch smoke tests (landing pages, creatives, ads) with success and stop criteria set in numbers before launch.
Set up tracking so every lead has a known source.
Close each test with a known customer acquisition cost and a decision on what to do next.
Maintain and scale the funnels that already bring clients.
Find where the funnel loses people and fix it.
Document every working funnel as a process and use AI tools daily.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience building funnels that generated revenue specific projects with numbers (relative figures are fine under NDA).
Hands-on work with landing pages, paid ads and lead generation, from launch to results analysis.
Ability to package offers and work with client pains.
Funnel analytics: you can tell a market problem from a funnel problem.
Experience building business processes, MVPs and prototypes.
Outcome-driven thinking, no fear of trying new things, your own quality standards.
Ukrainian fluent, English B1+
Nice to have:
Market research skills, experience running your own business or in sales.
Building AI agents, understanding of MCP and CLI, prompt engineering.
Tools:
Required: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, AI tools (Claude Cowork or similar).
Nice to have: LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Figma, CRM systems.
