About the Company
We are an international eCommerce company with over 30 years of market experience and more than a decade of success on Amazon.
Our business generates $6M+ in monthly revenue, primarily through a well-established Wholesale operation across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Newegg, and direct sales channels.
We are now investing in a new growth opportunity: building and scaling our Amazon Private Label business.
With strong financial resources, established operational infrastructure, and an experienced eCommerce leadership team, we are ready to invest in this new direction.
We are looking for a professional who can take ownership of this initiative, identify the right growth opportunities, and turn them into a successful, profitable business.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Private Label Business Development Manager to build and develop our Private Label business from the ground up.
This is a newly established role with broad ownership and significant influence over the direction of the business.
You will evaluate two potential growth paths:
Build from scratch: Identify promising product opportunities, validate market potential, develop product concepts, and lead the process from initial research through launch and growth.
Acquire and scale: Research and evaluate existing Private Label brands or businesses, assess their commercial potential, and develop strategies to grow them after acquisition.
You will work directly with the Director of Ecommerce, contribute to strategic decisions, and have access to the resources needed to turn promising opportunities into business results.
The goal is simple: establish a successful Private Label business and take responsibility for making it grow.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate opportunities to build the Private Label business from scratch or acquire existing brands and businesses.
Conduct market, competitor, demand, and profitability research to validate product and business opportunities.
Define product concepts, positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategies based on market insights.
Evaluate product economics, business potential, and investment feasibility to support strategic decisions.
Lead end-to-end product development and Amazon launches, coordinating with internal teams on listings, content, design, and logistics.
Assess acquisition targets and develop strategies to scale products or businesses and improve profitability.
Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and report results and recommendations to the Director of Ecommerce.

What We're Looking For
24+ years of hands-on Amazon experience, with a strong focus on Private Label.
Proven experience launching Amazon Private Label products and contributing to their growth.
A strong understanding of product research, market validation, competitive analysis, and profitability assessment.
The ability to evaluate business opportunities using data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Amazon Product Opportunity Explorer, and Google Sheets.
A solid understanding of Amazon listing optimization, conversion drivers, pricing, and product positioning.
Strategic knowledge of Amazon FBA, inventory planning, and supply chain considerations.
Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of product-level economics.
The ability to work independently, manage complex initiatives, and take ownership from idea to execution.
Clear communication skills, structured thinking, and confidence in presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
English B2+.

Working Conditions & Benefits
Employment: Full-time, 100% remote.
Schedule: MondayFriday, with flexible working hours. Alignment with the US time zone (ET) is preferred, but alternative arrangements can be discussed.
