Our product W2MO is one of the world's leading Digital Twin platforms for warehouse, supply chain and production logistics. It has more than 30,000 professional users. We are an SAP Application Development Partner and a LogiMAT "Best Product" winner, and through our MCP server, AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini can work directly inside a Digital Twin.
Our partner company Pixel Robotics builds autonomous mobile robots with AI-based camera navigation for pallet transport.

About the role
We are looking for a marketing specialist who gets things done: independently, reliably, and at a quality level that does not need constant correction.
This is not a management or strategy role. Direction and priorities are set together with management in Munich. Your job is to turn them into finished, high-quality output, week after week. If you want to lead a team, this is not the right position. If you enjoy doing the actual work well and being trusted with it, it is.
What you will do
Update and maintain sales and company presentations in our corporate design (PowerPoint and Google Slides)
Run our LinkedIn presence for both brands: write posts, comment, repost and engage with partners, customers and industry content
Write and edit B2B content in English, including case studies, short articles, newsletter texts and website updates
Turn technical input from our engineers and project managers into clear, readable content
Prepare materials for trade fairs, webinars and events
Keep our marketing assets organised and up to date
Work AI-first: use Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini as your daily tools to deliver more and better output
What we expect
2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B, tech, SaaS or industrial companies
Content first: you write clearly and professionally in English and have a feel for what makes a good post, slide or case study
Solid skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides. You can work cleanly within an existing design, but you don't need to be a designer
You work independently: you understand the task, ask the right questions upfront, and deliver results that are ready to use
Reliability: deadlines hold, and nothing gets forgotten
Practical, everyday experience with AI tools in your marketing or content work
Interest in technical topics such as logistics, AI and robotics, and willingness to learn them
Very good written English
AI is part of the job, not an extra
You will use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini every day. They are central to how this role works.
We expect you to use AI to:
draft and refine LinkedIn posts, comments, case studies and newsletter texts
update and restructure presentations faster
research topics, customers, competitors and industry news
turn technical documents, notes and transcripts into readable content
check your own work for clarity, consistency and errors before handing it over
We are not looking for someone who copies generic AI output. You use AI for speed, and you take responsibility for the result. You edit, fact-check and adapt everything so it sounds like us and is ready to publish.

Nice to have
German language skills
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, automation or industrial software
Experience with LinkedIn company pages and B2B social media
