A growing international fintech company is looking for a B2B Sales Manager based in Ukraine or Europe to attract new clients and develop sales of its services across international markets.
We welcome candidates from fintech, IT product companies, and outsourcing businesses. Strong English, proactive communication, and the ability to turn new business opportunities into results are essential for this role.
What you'll do
Identify and approach potential B2B clients across international markets.
Generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' needs and identify relevant solutions.
Present the company's services and prepare tailored commercial proposals.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for further cooperation.
Keep CRM records accurate and maintain a clear, active sales pipeline.
Work toward agreed sales targets and track progress against key performance indicators.
Monitor market trends and client feedback to improve your sales approach.
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience selling IT products, outsourcing services, fintech solutions, or other relevant B2B services.
Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to confidently lead client calls, deliver presentations, and negotiate.
A proactive approach to prospecting and confidence in initiating conversations with new contacts.
The ability to identify decision-makers, understand business needs, and communicate the value of a service.
Strong follow-up skills and the persistence to move opportunities forward.
A clear focus on results, personal accountability, and the ability to work independently in a remote role.
Motivation to meet sales targets and increase earnings through performance-based bonuses.
Previous fintech experience is an advantage, but is not required. We value relevant sales experience, a willingness to learn, and a strong interest in international B2B services.
