B2B Sales Manager (US Market) Remote
Binotel is a SaaS company with 15 years of experience in business communications. We're expanding into the US market and looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join our international sales team.
If you're confident on the phone, enjoy negotiations, aren't afraid of cold outreach, and want your income to grow with your results we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Own the full sales cycle from the first contact to a signed contract.
Conduct discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and follow-ups with US-based businesses.
Prospect and generate new B2B opportunities through outbound and cold outreach.
Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions from our product ecosystem: Cloud PBX, Call Tracking, CRM, Online Chat, and business automation tools.
Handle objections and negotiate with decision-makers.
Build long-term relationships with B2B clients.
Keep CRM data up to date and maintain an accurate sales forecast.
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
What we're looking for
1+ year of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, IT, telecom, or a related industry.
Hands-on experience with outbound and cold sales.
English C1+ confident communication with native speakers, including calls and negotiations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A results-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of your numbers.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
