About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of a Canadian-based Money Services Business (MSB) operating in the crypto and digital-asset sector. As the company expands its international network of commercial, financial, and technology partnerships, we're looking for a Brand Ambassador to become one of the public faces of the company.

This is a high-visibility, externally facing role combining brand representation, strategic partnerships, industry networking, content, media, and communication with financial institutions and technology providers. You'll represent the company at conferences, partner meetings, podcasts, YouTube appearances, and other public-facing activities.

This is not a traditional sales role, and not a Compliance or MLRO position. There is no fundraising or investor relations involved the focus is on brand, partnerships, and industry presence. You'll work closely with Management, Compliance, AML/MLRO, Payments, and Operations, but specialist regulatory matters remain with those teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Representation & Strategic Partnerships
Represent the company at major international events (Money20/20, TOKEN2049, and similar)
Build relationships with commercial partners, financial institutions, and technology providers
Identify and develop strategic partnerships across crypto, fintech, and payments
Evaluate technology/infrastructure providers (custody, wallet, ledger, transaction management) and help negotiate commercial terms
2. Content & Media
Co-host podcasts, YouTube videos, interviews, and panels
Publish ~2 blog posts/month and ~1 market update/week (research and content provided by the company)
Act as a recognizable public representative of the brand across social platforms and industry media
No independent financial advice or investment recommendations required
3. Financial Institutions & Payment Partners
Participate in onboarding/due-diligence calls with banks, EMIs, PSPs, and other financial institutions
Explain the company's business model, products, and operations at a high level
Coordinate with Compliance/AML/MLRO to ensure accurate external communication
Escalate regulatory or legal matters to the appropriate internal specialists

Who You Are
Confident, polished, and comfortable being the face of a company on camera, on stage, and in the room
Excellent communicator in English, with strong presentation skills
Comfortable speaking with senior executives, financial institutions, and crypto-industry professionals
Outgoing and skilled at networking and relationship-building
Able to understand a complex business model and explain it clearly, without oversimplifying or overpromising
Commercially aware and comfortable negotiating with external partners
Professional, discreet, and organized when handling sensitive information

Experience
Relevant backgrounds may include crypto/Web3, MSBs, fintech, payments, banking, business development, PR/media, or conference representation. You don't need experience in every area what matters most is the ability to understand a complex financial/digital-asset business, communicate it clearly, and represent a brand professionally at an international level. Crypto, fintech, payments, or financial-services experience is a strong advantage.

Travel
This is an international-facing role with regular travel expected for conferences, partner meetings, business development, and media opportunities. Willingness to travel is highly desirable.
