We are looking for a Brand & Creative Manager to shape, protect, and elevate our global brand identity and creative presence across both CFD and Crypto verticals.

As the executive leader of our centralized Brand & Creative department, your mission is to build our brand into a highly trusted, world-class market leader in institutional trading.

By managing skilled Team leads spanning PR, SMM, Creative Production, Global Sponsorships, and Localization, you will orchestrate high-impact global brand campaigns, maximize tier-1 sponsorship activations, and deliver culturally resonant, compliance-vetted creative assets that drive international growth, trust, and brand equity.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage Team Leads (PR, SMM, Sponsorships, Creative, Localization) across CFD and Crypto, set long-term brand goals, and manage multi-million dollar annual budgets
Direct global PR and SMM strategies to secure Top-Tier media coverage and establish C-suite executives as industry authority figures
Own global brand architecture, visual identity, and ToV across all channels while enforcing strict financial marketing compliance with Legal
Scale the internal studio (Graphic, Motion, Video) using Jira queues, DAM systems, and strict SLAs for fast, high-converting asset delivery
Direct multi-channel social media strategies, trader-driven UGC pipelines, and community engagement to boost social proof and lower CAC
Act as ultimate brand guardian during PR crises and track brand health metrics (SoV, EMV, sentiment, campaign lift)
Lead campaign localization across 20+ languages using hybrid AI-human workflows to ensure speed, accuracy, and cultural relevance
Drive 360° activations for F1 and sports partnerships, including co-branded campaigns, VIP events, IP utilization, and commercial ROI
Requirements
5+ years of brand leadership & creative direction with B2C focus
Experience in leading teams and working in multi-market international environment understanding of regional marketing dynamics (SEA, LATAM, MENA, Europe) to localize campaigns without diluting global brand equity
Solid experience in PR, SMM and internal Brand operations, crisis communications
Deep expertise in creation and managing high-volume design/motion/video studios using DAM platforms.
Understanding of executive positioning in top-tier media (Bloomberg, Reuters, Cointelegraph, CoinDesk etc.)
Proven ability to oversee social strategies, community ecosystems, and trader UGC pipelines (for CFD and Web3/Crypto audiences will be a strong plus)
Mastery of global financial promotion rules (FCA, CySEC, ASIC, VARA) and risk disclaimer standards
Proficiency in media monitoring tools and analytics to quantify SoV, sentiment, campaign lift, and ROI
Experience in providing EXPOs and deep knowledge of media support
Ability scaling multi-market campaigns combining enterprise AI translation tools with human workflows across regions
Crisis Composure: Calm, decisive execution during PR crises, market volatility, or sentiment dips to protect brand reputation
Cross-Departmental Synergy: Proven track record of aligning bold creative vision with strict Legal/Compliance frameworks and fast-paced BD sales cycles
Will be a plus
Experience in FinTech, CFD/Forex, Crypto
Track record of driving high-ROI activations for global sports/F1 partnerships (contract rights, co-branded campaigns, VIP hospitality, EMV calculation)
