Responsibilities
Full management of the CEO's schedule, meetings, and communications
Monitoring task completion and coordinating across teams
Financial tracking, working with numbers, documents, contracts, and reports
Research, analytics, and preparation of structured briefs
Handling business correspondence with international partners
Finding fast, effective solutions in non-standard and high-pressure situations
Travel coordination and accompanying the CEO on business trips when needed
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as Executive / Personal / Business Assistant this is a must
Financial background or experience working with financial data, budgets, and reporting
Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers
Fluent English C1+ daily communication with international partners
Advanced proficiency in Claude (AI) you use it as a core work tool, not occasionally
High self-organization, responsibility, and ability to stay calm under pressure
Proven ability to handle critical situations and keep everything under control
Based in Dubai or Europe
Open to business travel
