Minimum 2 years of experience in active B2B sales with self-generated leads.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to independently present and sell products and services.
Proven ability to prospect, initiate contact, and build a sales pipeline from scratch (cold outreach, networking, partnerships).
Ability to work in a team and achieve shared business goals.
Understanding of the IT market, B2B SaaS / IT services sales, and current technology trends is a strong plus.
High level of self-motivation, ownership, and result-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
Independently search for and attract new corporate clients using outbound channels (cold emails, LinkedIn, calls, partnerships, events).
Proactively promote the company's products and services without reliance on inbound leads or paid traffic.
Conduct negotiations with decision-makers and close B2B contracts across various industries.
Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients from first contact to deal closure and further cooperation.
Continuously analyze market trends, target industries, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
Participate in shaping and executing outbound sales strategies for entering and scaling in the IT / B2B market.
