About the Company
We are an ambitious global player setting new standards for how businesses work with digital assets. Our non-custodial crypto solution helps PSPs, IT companies, and financial businesses worldwide build their own digital asset infrastructure. The product is entering a new stage: the platform is actively evolving, and an open-source version is in development.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our partner. You will drive international growth by opening new markets, building strategic partnerships, and closing high-value B2B deals. We need a proactive BDM who can open doors at the C-level and turn opportunities into long-term revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new markets, client segments, and business opportunities globally.
Build strategic, channel, and referral partnerships with PSPs, payment providers, exchanges, fintech companies, and IT integrators.
Research target accounts and engage C-level decision-makers.
Lead high-value deals end to end, from discovery and proposals to negotiations and closing.
Structure partnership models (revenue-share, licensing, referral, white-label).
Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
Share market insights with Product and Management to shape the go-to-market strategy.
Keep the CRM and pipeline up to date and report on results.
Requirements
Experience in Web3, Crypto, Blockchain, FinTech, Payments, Digital Assets, or related sectors.
3+ years in Business Development or B2B sales of tech or infrastructure products.
A proven track record of building partnerships and closing high-value deals.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills and confidence working with C-level executives.
Strategic thinking, independence, and ownership.
English sufficient for professional negotiations.
Nice to Have
Experience with crypto infrastructure products (wallets, payment gateways, on/off-ramp).
An established network in PSP, payments, fintech, or crypto.
Regular participation in industry conferences.
