The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our U.S. client base and generate new business.
You'll find opportunities, build a qualified pipeline, and take deals from the first conversation to closing.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in the U.S. market.
Research companies, markets, and industries to find potential clients.
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
Lead discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and deal closing.
Understand client needs and position the right Improvs solution.
Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for further growth.
Explore new markets, niches, and business opportunities.
Represent Improvs at industry conferences and business events.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
Experience selling software development or IT services.
Proven experience working with U.S. clients.
Proven track record of closing B2B deals and generating new business.
Experience managing the full sales cycle.
Strong outbound and prospecting experience.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales pipeline and results.

Would Be a Plus
Experience selling custom software development.
Experience with SaaS, AI, startups, or digital products.
Experience entering new markets or developing new business directions.
An established network in the U.S. market.
