Mirko Solutions is a young team of charged people, ready to work for results. We provide a full range of services in the development and support of websites, platforms, CRM, applications for Android and iOS. Our company specialises in business automation mainly Healthcare, eCommerce, Events, Education, and others for clients from USA, Canada, EU, Australia.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing new business, identifying potential clients, and building long-term partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing:
Independently identify and attract new clients in international markets;
Build and develop your own pipeline of potential clients through outbound sales, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, conferences, and professional events;
Conduct discovery calls, identify client needs, and present relevant IT solutions;
Guide the client through the entire sales cyclefrom initial contact to negotiations and contract signing;
Prepare commercial proposals, participate in negotiations, and finalize terms of cooperation;
Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and technical teams to develop relevant proposals;
Develop existing contacts and turn them into long-term partnerships;
Analyze the market, identify new business opportunities, and propose ideas for sales growth;
Manage the CRM, monitor the sales pipeline, and forecast sales results;
Represent the company at international conferences, networking events, and business meetings.

Requirements:
35 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT or a related technology field;
Experience independently identifying and acquiring new clients;
Understanding of the full sales cycle and experience closing deals;
Practical experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and working with international clients;
Experience selling IT Defence & MIL-tech Software;
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills;
High level of self-organization and ownershipyou can independently structure processes and take responsibility for results;
English: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced;
