Business Development Manager at Paydmit grows the business by identifying new markets and partners, building a strong sales pipeline, and turning opportunities into lasting commercial relationships
The role works closely with product, compliance, and marketing to make sure proposed partnerships are commercially viable and can be delivered successfully.

Requirements:
Experience in business development, partnerships, sales or a related commercial role
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify opportunities, prioritize leads and manage a sales pipeline
Commercial awareness and confidence working with targets and forecasts
Proficiency with CRM and standard productivity tools
At least 6 months experience in payments, fintech, financial services or iGaning is an advantage
Ability to process large volumes of data with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in FinTech, iGaming, IT, Crypto
Experience in payment solutions or working with payment systems
Previous experience on a similar role

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify prospective customers, partners and new business opportunities
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, from first outreach through negotiation and signed agreement
Develop relationships with decision-makers and understand their business needs.
Present companies products and services, tailoring proposals to each prospect
Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms and coordinate contracts with internal teams.
Research markets, competitors and industry trends to inform growth plans
Work with product and technical teams to assess partner requirements and support onboarding
Coordinate with compliance, legal, finance and operations on due diligence and partnership readiness
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity records in the CRM
Track partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve retention, revenue, and expansion
Represent company at relevant industry events and build a network of prospective partners
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

Working Conditions:
