The opportunity
PrimeFox is a recruiting agency working with companies at different stages, including startups. We are looking for a consultative Business Development Manager to grow the agency's client portfolio by understanding hiring challenges and connecting businesses with the right recruiting support.
You will own the commercial relationship from the first conversation through proposal, agreement, and handover to the delivery team. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys building trust, making a clear business case, and turning a client's hiring need into a lasting partnership.
What you will own
-Identify companies and decision-makers who may need recruiting support.
-Build a qualified pipeline through thoughtful outbound, referrals, and relationship development.
-Lead discovery conversations to understand hiring plans, hard-to-fill roles, timelines, and decision processes.
-Present a tailored recruiting solution and explain how PrimeFox can support the client's goals.
-Prepare proposals, negotiate scope and commercial terms, and close new partnerships.
-Hand over a clear brief to the recruiting team and stay involved to keep expectations aligned.
-Follow up after delivery, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat or expanded business.
-Keep pipeline activity, next steps, and forecasts organized in the CRM.

What you bring
-Experience in B2B business development or consultative sales, ideally for services.

-Ability to understand a client's business problem before recommending a service.
-Clear written and verbal communication and a reliable handover style.
Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or selling to startup founders is a plus.
