Our team works with 2 directions:
Product development (internally in the company software development)
Outsourcing (cooperation with clients from the USA, Europe, and other countries on individual projects)
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Sales) with Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's software products to B2B customers.
Identify and engage potential clients through various sales channels.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiations and closing deals.
Conduct product presentations and communicate product value to potential customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Manage leads, sales opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
Research the market and identify new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support sales activities.

Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales within the IT industry, specifically SaaS products.
Experience selling software products and working with international clients.
Knowledge of Salesforce and its ecosystem will be a strong advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Experience working with clients from the US, Canada, Europe, and other international markets is a plus.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn about our products.
