As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in the sales process by generating high-quality leads and setting appointments for our Account Executives. Your focus will be on prospecting and qualifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving pipeline growth.

Requirements:
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
0-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role (SaaS experience is a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent research skills, with the ability to find and engage with decision-makers.
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Strong listening skills to understand customer needs, uncover pain points, and tailor your approach accordingly.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Hubspot).
Research and identify potential clients using a mix of prospecting tools, databases, and social platforms.
Research areas of interest for key decision makers and potential routes to engage them.
Craft well researched, creative outreach campaigns tailored to the findings of your research.
Professionally and persistently follow up via phone, email, LinkedIn and other means identified from the research.
Conduct initial introductory and discovery discussions to help qualify potential.
Book qualified meetings and provide the sales team with detailed, well formatted handover notes from initial discussions.
Partner with Account Executives to schedule and prepare for sales meetings, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to closing.
Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the continued hypergrowth of the region.
Adapt messaging to suit the needs of the local market.
