developing advanced white-label solutions: SSP, DSP, and AdExchange.

about the company
they started the journey 7 years ago as a venture-backed project,
and for the past 2 years, they have been operating as a fully independent company.
Their business is actively scaling, doubling in size every year,
and today our team counts over 100 professionals.
They work with the global market (the US, Europe, LATAM),
and their ICP includes top-tier American and international companies,
publishers, and DSP clients that work with high-level brands.
They have clearly established processes and a portfolio of ~60 stable clients,
so you will be joining a structured, system-driven business rather than a chaotic startup.

the role
this is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on understanding of modern B2B technology marketing. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable working with brand and communications strategy, demand generation, content, SEO, inbound marketing, and product/technology positioning.

what you will be working on
own and develop the company's overall marketing strategy and ensure its execution across all marketing functions.
lead and manage several units, including: marketing, content, pr / communications.
build a structured marketing function focused on clear business outcomes and measurable performance.
develop and execute the company's brand, positioning, messaging, and communication strategy.
drive b2b marketing initiatives across seo, inbound marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and other acquisition channels.
own product and technology marketing, translating complex adtech products and technical capabilities into clear value propositions for clients and the market.
establish kpis, reporting, analytics, and clear performance expectations across the marketing organization.
work closely with the leadership, sales, product, and technology teams to align marketing activities with the company's commercial goals.
bring structure to existing marketing processes, identify gaps, and create scalable workflows and systems.

your background
proven marketing leadership experience within the it / technology industry is mandatory.
strong understanding of b2b technology marketing, ideally within adtech, martech, saas, or another complex technology-driven environment.
experience managing multiple marketing functions or teams, including content, marketing, and communications/pr.
strong knowledge of: seo, inbound marketing, content marketing, demand / lead generation, brand and communication strategy, product and technology marketing.
ability to understand complex technical products and turn them into compelling market positioning, messaging, and content.
strong people management skills with a focus on measurable results and accountability.
experience building or significantly improving marketing processes, teams, and strategy.
fluent / strong english is mandatory, both written and spoken.

nice to have:
direct experience working with B2B clients;
knowledge of Spanish at any level.
