We are an international investment group building and scaling digital businesses across high-growth and regulated industries.
We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing and growth across our portfolio and help identify and launch new business opportunities.
This is a hands-on C-level role for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys combining strategy with execution.
What you'll do

Growth & Marketing
Develop and own the marketing strategy across several international businesses.
Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue growth.
Build and optimize performance marketing, CRM, content and organic acquisition.
Own key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion and marketing ROI.
Develop positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies for products and new markets.
Venture Building
Identify and evaluate new market and product opportunities.
Turn ideas into testable hypotheses and lean MVPs.
Conduct customer and competitor research.
Test pricing, positioning, acquisition channels and demand.
Help new initiatives reach their first customers and revenue.
Use data to decide whether to scale, iterate or stop.
Portfolio & Leadership
Work directly with founders and senior management of portfolio companies.
Allocate marketing resources based on business impact and ROI.
Build lean, high-performing marketing teams.
Establish common processes, dashboards and reporting across the portfolio.
Introduce AI, automation and modern MarTech to improve efficiency.

What we're looking for
8+ years in senior marketing/growth roles: CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Growth, etc.
Proven experience scaling digital products or businesses internationally.
Strong background in performance marketing, product marketing and commercial strategy.
Experience launching products, entering new markets or building new ventures.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and unit economics.
Experience in regulated or highly competitive industries healthtech, pharma, wellness, mental health, fintech, iGaming, betting, Web3/crypto or similar.
Ability to work with limited resources, move quickly and test ideas pragmatically.
Experience working directly with founders, CEOs or investors is a strong plus.
English: Upper-Intermediate+
