Hi there! Our Magnetics team is currently looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)!

About the role
We are an iGaming product company creating global B2C solutions, driving business growth, and delivering products players love.
Our team is in an active growth phase, and we're now looking for a CMO to join a new brand and take ownership of its marketing growth.
We're open to candidates with different backgrounds within iGaming. Your experience may be primarily focused on traffic acquisition, or full product ownership what matters most is a strong understanding of how to grow and operate an iGaming product and the ability to take ownership of business results.
In this role, you'll work across marketing and product growth, with a strong focus on acquisition, traffic performance, organic growth, and the development of effective processes and teams for Tier-1 markets.

What we're looking for:
3+ years of experience in iGaming in a leadership role such as CMO, CEO, Product Lead, Head of Acquisition, or another role with significant ownership of an iGaming product or business function
Experience managing a team and/or building processes and teams from scratch
Hands-on experience working with Tier-1 markets
Strong understanding of at least one key area of iGaming growth, such as traffic acquisition, retention, VIP, or product management, with a broader understanding of how these functions contribute to overall business performance
Practical experience with traffic acquisition and a strong understanding of different traffic sources
Experience scaling traffic and acquisition activities
Understanding of key iGaming performance metrics, including FTD %, deposit frequency, ARPU, and LTV
Experience managing SEO as a growth channel and driving organic traffic growth
Experience planning and managing budgets and ensuring efficient use of marketing spend
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear business decisions and actions
Strong ownership, leadership, and decision-making skills
English at B2C1 level
What you'll do:
Lead and develop the marketing/acquisition team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Define and execute growth strategies for Tier-1 markets
Manage and develop relevant acquisition channels, including affiliate partnerships, social media advertising, SEO, and other performance channels
Build and manage the user acquisition budget and control marketing spend efficiency
Monitor and analyze acquisition and business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements
Lead the SEO direction and drive sustainable organic traffic growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, contractors, and affiliates
Establish efficient marketing processes and ensure the team operates effectively against business goals
Work closely with product, analytics, retention, VIP, and other functions where relevant to ensure a holistic approach to product growth
Take ownership of marketing performance and contribute directly to the growth of a new brand
Team
You'll lead the Affiliate & Acquisition team and take ownership of key areas of the brand's growth.
Product
You'll be joining a new brand and will have the opportunity to build and scale its marketing function from the ground up.
