We are Formula Spin an ambitious and fast-growing iGaming company specializing in slot game development. Our mission is to create innovative, engaging, and high-quality games that stand out in a competitive market.
We are looking for an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to take full ownership of our product direction, strategy, and development. This is a key leadership role for someone who has grown from hands-on Game Design or Game Production into product leadership and is ready to build and scale the entire product function.

Responsibilities
Define and own the product strategy aligned with the company's business goals, market opportunities, and long-term vision.
Lead the full product lifecycle from market research and concept development to production, launch, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.
Build and manage the product roadmap, setting priorities across game development, product features, and platform-related initiatives.
Oversee slot game concepts and GDDs, ensuring strong game mechanics, engaging features, balanced math models, and competitive positioning.
Lead and develop the product team, including Game Producers and other product specialists, establishing clear ownership, processes, and performance standards.
Drive product innovation by analyzing market trends, competitors, player behavior, and emerging mechanics to identify new opportunities.
Own product performance and KPIs, using data and market feedback to evaluate game performance and guide product decisions.
Oversee the development of our Promo Module and other product initiatives in collaboration with technical and business teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across game design, math, art, animation, sound, development, and localization to ensure consistent execution of the product vision.
Establish and improve product management processes, ensuring efficient planning, prioritization, delivery, and quality control.
Collaborate with the CEO and other business leaders on product investments, resource allocation, commercial opportunities, and strategic decisions.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in iGaming, preferably progressing from Game Designer or Game Producer into senior product leadership.
Proven experience as a CPO, Head of Product, Product Lead, Senior Game Producer, or in a comparable role with broad product ownership.
Strong hands-on background in creating slot game concepts and GDDs from scratch.
Deep understanding of slot mechanics, math models, player engagement, retention, and monetization.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and leading people through other team leads or producers.
Strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle, from initial concept to release and post-launch analysis.
Ability to translate business objectives and market insights into a clear product strategy and actionable roadmap.
Experience defining product KPIs, analyzing performance data, and making data-driven decisions.
Proven ability to build processes, set priorities, allocate resources, and manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, combined with a hands-on approach when needed.

Language skills:
English B2 or higher.
Ukrainian/Russian B1 or higher would be a plus.
