We are currently looking for a Chief Product Officer / Group CPO to join one of our partner companies within an international holding operating across multiple business verticals.
The company has a portfolio of four independent product verticals and is looking for a strategic product leader who will align their product strategies, identify synergies, and drive the overall growth of the portfolio.
This role focuses on portfolio strategy and product leadership, rather than day-to-day management of an individual product.

What you will do
Define and drive the overall product strategy across four independent FinTech verticals.
Align individual product strategies with the holding's business goals and long-term vision.
Identify synergies between products, including shared customers, platforms, infrastructure, data, and cross-selling opportunities.
Participate in strategic investment and resource allocation decisions: identify which products to scale, maintain, or deprioritize.
Establish common product metrics, KPIs, roadmap reviews, and prioritization processes across verticals.
Lead, mentor, and develop Product Heads and senior product leaders.
Identify opportunities to centralize shared infrastructure while preserving the autonomy of individual product teams.
Work closely with the CEO and business leaders to ensure product decisions drive measurable business results.

What we are looking for
Proven experience as a CPO, Group CPO, VP of Product, Head of Product, or Product Director.
Mandatory FinTech experience and a strong understanding of financial products and business models.
Experience managing multiple independent products, business lines, or product verticals simultaneously.
Experience leading Product Heads, Heads of Product, or senior Product Managers.
Strong understanding of business metrics, including revenue, profitability, unit economics, LTV, and retention.
Experience participating in budget allocation and strategic investment decisions across products or business units.
Ability to build product governance frameworks and align independent teams around shared goals.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and business ownership.
It would be a plus
Experience with crypto, iGaming, payments, payment gateways, payment orchestration, cards, issuing, acquiring or wallets.
Experience scaling FinTech products across international markets.
Background in a multi-product company, holding, or international group.
