We're looking for a strong performance-driven CMO / Head of Acquisition to lead the centralized acquisition function of an international iGaming group.
You'll oversee Media Buying, Affiliates and SEO, driving traffic across multiple B2C brands and GEOs with a strong focus on unit economics, traffic quality and profitability.
Responsibilities
Lead Media Buying, Affiliate and SEO teams, budgets and KPIs.
Build and execute a centralized acquisition strategy across brands and GEOs.
Own acquisition economics: CPA, FTD, Retention, LTV, ROI/ROMI and Payback.
Analyze traffic performance by GEO, source, campaign, affiliate and cohort.
Control traffic quality and prevent fraud, motivated traffic, bonus abuse and multi-accounting.
Work closely with CRM/Retention and Product teams to optimize the full player funnel.
Improve team structure, processes and marketing efficiency.
Implement AI, automation and AI-driven workflows across acquisition and analytics.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in iGaming Acquisition / Performance Marketing in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of Media Buying, Affiliates and SEO.
Strong knowledge of iGaming unit economics and player lifecycle.
Experience managing significant marketing budgets and scaling profitable channels.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience with traffic quality and fraud prevention.
Advanced practical experience with AI automation, AI agents, agentic workflows, Claude Code, Codex or similar tools beyond using AI as a chatbot.
Experience managing and developing performance teams.
