We're building a new iGaming brand focused on the LATAM market with strong financial backing, experienced industry leadership, and ambitious growth plans.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and take ownership of one of the company's key business directions. We're looking for a business-minded leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and build a high-performing operation from the ground up.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the business strategy for the LATAM region.
Take full ownership of business growth, operational performance, and market expansion.
Build, lead, and scale cross-functional teams across multiple business areas.
Drive commercial performance and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Oversee Affiliate, CRM, Product, Marketing, Operations, VIP, Payments, and Customer Support in collaboration with department heads.
Analyze key business metrics including FTD, Deposits, GGR, NGR, Retention, ROI, CPA, LTV, and profitability.
Develop partnerships with key affiliates, service providers, and strategic partners across LATAM.
Identify new growth opportunities and optimize business performance through data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate closely with founders and executive leadership on long-term strategy and company development.
Build scalable processes and maintain high operational standards as the business grows.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in the iGaming industry.
Proven experience in senior leadership positions such as COO, General Manager, Country Manager, Head of Operations, Head of Growth, or similar.
Strong understanding of the LATAM online casino market.
Experience launching or scaling casino operations in LATAM.
Deep knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, CRM, Product, VIP, Retention, and commercial operations.
Strong analytical mindset with experience managing business performance through KPIs.
Experience building and leading international teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent English.
Spanish or Portuguese would be a strong advantage.

Nice to Have
Experience launching new casino brands from scratch.
Existing network of partners within the LATAM iGaming market.
Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets.
Strong understanding of licensing, compliance, and payment solutions for LATAM.
