Experience writing CRM copy (email, push notifications, SMS) with a focus on conversion.
Understanding of iGaming products: bonuses, wagering, free spins, slots, live casino, and sports betting.
Experience working with a CMS, back office, or CRM platform.
Ability to adapt the same message to different formats, lengths, and audience segments.
Portfolio with examples of promotional and CRM copy.

Direct influence on the product, with fast decision-making and minimal bureaucracy.
Opportunity to build the brand's tone of voice from the ground up and grow with the team as we expand across LATAM.
